If i could give ZERO stars i would. I've never been treated so horribly by a bank in my life. If you're not Asian, or maybe because i am Hispanic, forget about coming here. Cashing a small check and got put through the ringer with clearance checks and what not... took me 15 minutes and I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE WHOLE BUILDING! Ridiculous. Shame on you Bank of the west. And shame on you Kimberly Cheng.

This banks is not big, but you get to know the tellers and the bank managers. Like how they go out of there way to help you.

Very slow service. It took them almost half an hour to close my account. Many question asked when I withdraw my money. They just don't want their customer to cancel their account. Bad taste.

We made an appointment with Sonia, she was kind attentive and informative. She was very professional and understanding during a difficult time. Previously our family has had other bank associates whom were horrible including that guy with the cut in his eye brow and the other chubby fellow, they both were unprofessional, unconcerned about customer service, and didn't take their job seriously. We highly appreciated Sonia, thank you for the great Customer service.

Opened an account here and they said I must deposit money every month at least once. They do no accept transferring the money, you must go to one of their branch and wait in line to deposit your money with teller. wasting my time . I made the phone call with the banker who opened up my debit account to ask some questions, her attitude was really rude .

Came with a friend to get flowers... didn't even know that you could have the prearrangements arranged by the florist but you can... Janae is the most amazing helpful sweetheart ever.. best experience ever

The restroom is filthy! No toilet seat cover. Tissue all over the floor. This is a health risk!!! Disgusting.

I bought blueberries couple days before they when on sale again. Called first and got an ok before I went into the store to get adjustment. But when I got there the so call sales manager Philip told me they don't do adjustment when ad change. Never this store .they are know bad on their service. Not just the front end. Their meat department service is bad as well.

Talk about convenient and quick! Easy parking and super short lines with super attentive, courteous and of course helpful tellers. Wish I knew about this branch a long time ago. While not my bank, would highly recommend to anyone looking!

This is the closest Ralph's from where I live. However, it has been really disappointed and I don't want go anymore! Cashier is super impatient. Sometimes, I can even feel the discrimination towards other people and including me. Compare with the one also nearby which is South Pasadena, staffs are so much cooler from Monterey Park. When I go to South Pasadena Ralph's, I can feel the welcoming and staffs are really patient if I have any questions. But, this one, it just hurts my feelings! !! I got so mad! Why the staffs here can't talk a little bit friendly to customers? Anyway, I will not go to this Ralph's anymore! If check out person are still having the same attitude to discriminate people whenever I have to go to see, I will report it for sure! Please!! Manager fix whatever problem you guys have! People needed treat more nicely from you guys!

Management changed and customer service has gone down, way down, while the prices have gone up substantially. This is unfortunately the closest grocery store to my home and in Monterey Park your choices are Ralph's or Ralph's. Way to go Ralph and who is making the decisions on our City Council?

Parking is horrible. Aggressive shopping people. Driving aggressive inside parking lots & didn't follow the drive line. Shopping experience is okay. You have a lot of other groceries stores options to shop.

On 02/24/2019, I observed a Ralph's store employee engage in an escalating argument with an older woman inside the store. I do not know what she did or did not do, but I clearly heard the Ralph's employee accuse her of "running a scam" by yelling this out in the front of the cashier lines. When she asked what was wrong, he also began yelling "You are playing the race card." He was loud enough to be heard from 3 lines over and did this 4x as he walked back and forth expressing his displeasure with this woman to other employees. As I exited, the employee was red in the face and in very close proximity to this woman, continuing to argue and confront her. Again, I do not know what she did or did not do, but I interrupted the fight and told the employee that it was inappropriate for him to yell out that she's "playing the race card." A cashier came over to pull his peer away (because clearly the guy was angry), but even the cashier stated to me that the consumer "was playing the race card." I again repeated that this was not an appropriate thing to say. When the employee said he was "not being a racist," I stated that I was not saying he was being racist and again stated that what he was saying was inappropriate. In my opinion, the employees at this store REQUIRE training on handling difficult situations. What I observed was very unprofessional. There was no management by ANY employee. We all have feelings, but on the job you must behave professionally regardless. That is what policy and procedures are for. I hope that the store will train their employees to manage situations without resorting to screaming and making inappropriate statements while on the job.

This is probably one of the worst Ralph's I've shopped at. Almost every employee looks like they don't want to be there. When I thought about informing the manager about my experience with a one of the employees I found out the employee in question was the manager or assistant manager. Customer service is obsolete and makes Walmart customer service seem pretty good. You'll be better off traveling 5min to the nearest Walmart from here.
