She was very transparent with pricing, stayed within my budget, kept me up to date during shipping, and recommended the perfect seamstress for my alterations. She took me seriously and had a great sense of what could be added or adjusted to make the dress truly perfect.

“recently purchased an 18k Miami Cuban chain from Gold Empire Jewelry and had an outstanding experience working with Johnny.
Before visiting Gold Empire, we had already looked at chains at five or six different jewelry stores throughout the LA Jewelry District. While Johnny didn't initially have the exact chain I was looking for in stock, he was able to quickly source one through his supplier network. The chain he found ended up being the highest quality piece we saw and was offered at the best price of any option we came across.
What really set Johnny apart was his transparency and communication throughout the process. He was straightforward, responsive, and never made me feel pressured. In my opinion, a great jeweler is defined not only by what's in their display cases, but by the strength of their network of suppliers, repair professionals, and watch service providers. Johnny clearly has all of those relationships in place, which gave me confidence that I was working with someone who can help with much more than a single purchase.
I also brought in an old elephant pendant that had seen better days. Johnny arranged to have it polished while we waited, and the results were incredible—it looked brand new.
To top it off, Johnny provided an appraisal for the necklace, which was a nice added value and gave me additional peace of mind.

“I have lots of absolutely beautiful jewelry, but the piece I just received from Javda is the most beautiful one of all! It is absolutely stunning, they made exactly what I asked them to make. It is perfect in every way. I highly recommend them! The price was fantastic! You will not be disappointed. I sent a picture of something I loved and I sent the diamond I purchased from Robinhood’s Treasures on TikTok shop (Also scary, but I’m soooo glad I did it). “Beautiful array of wedding dresses. Found my wedding dress here after going to 3 other stores. Store clean, ambiance great smelled good the store. Staff were helpful but maybe not as attentive as other bridal shops though friendly. Had dress altered but took longer and was not initially satisfied as what was asked to be done wasn’t done when came back for 2nd fitting. Also maybe trusted the staff/alterer more than I should have and was tighter than preferred. Dress was still beautiful”
