“The other reviews are very on par: get appointment and keep the receipt. I did not have an appointment so I had to wait two hours, but that's my own fault. In the meantime, you can browse for women and men's clothing. Helen is honest and in the zone with her work. She lets you try on dresses and will tell you her opinion on what she thinks looks good. She focuses on only two groups at a time, but does a great job since she is so concentrated. Time and cost: mine was $640 including tax, and takes 2.5 months until it arrives. She takes cash or Zelle. Then you do the fitting and wait 2 weeks for the alterations and receive the final product. You cannot haggle the price, but I argue that for the ability to fully customize and with nice fabric it's hard to beat. Language: She does speak English, but converses better in Mandarin. My family speaks Cantonese so it was harder to understand, but not too difficult. Size: I would say I'm a large in Chinese sizing but a medium in America. Many of the qipaos don't fit me here so if you're bigger than a medium it'll be harder to try on samples. She gave me a gift at the end for my wedding which was very sweet of her and gave many apologies for the wait. Summary: You could order online for a bit less on price, but you're sacrificing the customizing and ability to try different styles on. As long as you make an appointment and have some time before the event you're getting the dress for it's worth it!”

“I’ve gone to 4 other bridal shops and my experiences there were overwhelming, made me feel uncomfortable, and lost. With that in mind I came into Luv Bridal very nervous especially given the fact I went alone without family or friends. I arrived and was introduced to my stylist EFRAIN. Honestly Efrain changed the game in terms of wedding dress shopping for me. He made me feel VERY comfortable he was very patient and kept reassuring me that I wasn’t bothering him by asking for different ideas. Knowing myself I’m a very picky person and I knew I didn’t just want a “trendy” dress. I came in with an idea of my dream dress and Efrain did everything he could and delivered that and MORE for my dress! On top of being the BEST photographer I could have asked for he really made me feel like I wasn’t alone going into this appointment! If it wasn’t for him I would’ve never found my dress and honestly he made the entire experience so easy and fun. When you come here I would definitely recommend him as your stylist. He is very caring and considerate and I can’t thank him enough for all the help he provided me! Also a shoutout to the manager who was very awesome and friendly. I came out with a dress I LOVE and it left my family and friends in AWE! 10/10 would recommend!”

“I worked with Alina to buy my wedding dress at Viero. From the first time I reached out via email to schedule an appointment for the dress I wanted she was very nice and responsive. Although I pretty much knew what dress I wanted there were many beautiful dresses in the boutique to try on. It was nice that everything is by appointment and it was just my party and I in the building for the entire appointment. Alina let me know a soon as my dress arrived and helped me schedule picking up my dress and veil to work with my schedule as we traveled 5 hours to Viero. “So I called Panache in a panic with only 7 months until my wedding and had already been to 6 other stores and didn’t have any luck finding a dress. Lynette answered and they were booked for the day, she offered me other days that week but it was my only day off of work that week before I had to leave for a trip. I let her know my situation and she told me if I could come right away she would make some time for me before her next appointment. I headed straight there. When I got there she greeted me with a warm welcome and tried to ease my stress. I started to tell her about what dresses I thought I wanted but they didn’t look nice on my body type and then proceeded to show her the styles I did like on my body type even though it wasn’t what I had imagined in the first place. She knew right away what I needed and what designers I was looking for that fit that style type. Unfortunately, I did not find the dress at that location but she did inform me that they had a bigger selection at the Pasadena store. So I made an appointment for the following week when I got back from my trip to take a look. I felt so defeated. I almost gave up and went back to a dress that I liked but I didn’t love. I was so tired of searching.
The next week arrives and the drive to Pasadena seemed miserable. I live in Irvine. So it’s about an hour and half away. But boy when I tell you it was so worth it, IT WAS SOOOO WORTH IT! I’m so glad I didn’t give up and settle. Lynette had every dress picked out that she thought fit my description of what I liked. Each one just got better and better! The third one was it. When they say you will know when you find your dress, YOU WILL LITERALLY KNOW! I did not want to take it off and it made me feel so good inside. I was absolutely obsessed. Lynette made the entire process so easy. She had an answer for every question. She made me feel like I was in good hands and developing that trust just makes making that big decision on your dress that much easier. Every experience I had before did not make me feel the way Lynette made me feel. She is definitely seasoned in her field and really knows her designers and listens to what you want and executes on your needs. Thank you Lynette for taking amazing care of me in my time of need. “I searched for dresses across multiple states and Modern Bride was the only store near me that had a substantial selection of Sophia Tolli dresses to try on. Not only that, but the pricing was the best of any other store i visited. I bought my dress and veil from there and had the dress beautifully altered by their staff. Connie is so sweet and easy to work with, listened to the fit concerns I brought up, and had some great suggestions for how to make my dress fit as perfectly as possible. My dress had a lot of layers of tulle and lace and I needed it to be shortened quite a bit - when Connie was all done it looked amazing and I was even able to dance in it, thanks to the perfectly placed bustle. Connie was very responsive to emails and let’s be honest, wedding dress alterations are expensive, but Connie’s pricing is transparent and reasonable. I would recommend her to anyone looking for wedding dress or other alterations.”

“Trust the process! Illusion Bridal came up on my reels and I noticed the location was only 30 minutes away from me.
