Tatiana Corleto needs more training dealing with clients as a teller . From what I understand at Chase's policy , we have a right to privacy in a financial institutionas as well other services provided. No one should feel accosted or blamed for asking a simple request . If you have issues just ask to speak a manager

5* experience at this branch because of Adam, one of the personal bankers! I had an issue with my accounts and card, and what the Chase customer service line told me needed 2-7 business days to do, Adam was able to sort out within 30 mins without an appointment. He even followed up with me a few hours via phone call to confirm everything was back to normal. He was very understanding, polite, and efficient. I hope management can recognize Adam. Overall at this branch, there is plenty of parking and the branch is very clean, I never had to wait long for ATM either. The only potential issues is that the branch is small - they often only have 1 banker working at a time, so it may be difficult to get an appointment.

Branch Manager Sandra P. Pena is very rude, unprofessional and lack of knowledge as a manager. I deposit cashier's check once a month issued by the same credit union at this Chase for more than one year. Upon deposit in October, she refused to help me to process the check due to her lack of knowledge of how to handle the checks from this specific credit union. Instead of giving me additional recommendations, she literally repeated herself many time "I can't help you." I instead drove to a further chase location. The other location told me she ran the check at the machine already because it said on the back of the check that it has been stamped and processed already. They called Sandra and confirmed that she forgot to put notes on the back of the check saying she did not process it. I almost lost all my money! The manager at the new location processed my check in less than 2 minutes after they called Sandra. If you can't help your customer because your lack of experience, then guide them to someone who can help instead of just saying you can't help them. Make sure you do your work right Sandra, because you are not supposed to leave a check stamped saying processed when you didn't. It might be a small mistake for you, but it took your customer another unnecessary hour to get a check deposited!

SANDRA bank manager is terrible. Can't perform basic functions like negotiating paper checks. She's says she has 35 years of experience with Chase? After reading these reviews maybe retirement is a better option.

Branch manager Sandra P. Pena is rude, unprofessional and lack of knowledge as a manager. Long story short, she doesn't know how to process a cashier's check from Navy Federal Credit Union (other managers at this location do have the knowledge and helped me during the past yr). Instead of giving me an explanation, she said " I can't help you." Secondly, she ran the cashier's check in the machine which stamped the check as processed. However, upon returning me the check, she didn't invalidate the processing stamp. So when I go to another nearby branch, they thought the checked was deposited. I ALMOST LOST ALL MY MONEY ON THE CHECK! The second location manager called to verify it and deposit the check for me in no time. Sandra, thank you for wasting me more than one hour and all the drama to just deposit a check!

Small bank the atms run out of money too fast when they are closed like today it's Sunday, 7pm and both the atms are empty or out if service

Same experience as some of the other reviewers on here. I literally parked 50 feet away from the Chase building and one of their security guys made me move. What in the world?! None of the parking spots are reserved or designated for Chase-only. It's a community plaza for goodness sake, you guys can't hoard parking spaces because you don't like how customers are coming in to use OTHER businesses.

Save yourself the headache and don’t come to this Chase. ATM’S never work & I mean never!!! Not to mention, no restrooms for customers (lady literally told me no I can’t use them) RUDE! and forget it if you come when people are trying to get gas next door at Costco GOOD LUCK you’re literally stuck! Lesson learned on my end, avoiding this CHASE at all cost. Horrible service, location & machines are useless!!!

I was trying to use the parking spot, near Chase, and someone was hired from Chase to make me move because I wanted to go to Costco. The plaza parking area should be used for EVERYONE, it’s why the businesses congregate in a plaza in the FIRST PLACE, and there was NO SIGN that said that we could not park there. It was really messed up, very unprofessional. SUCH A BAD LOOK FOR CHASE.

This branch is located in a large center off of Market Place Drive. It had relatively easy access and a decent parking lot. There are ATMs both inside and outside. Service is fine.
