The worst. I have one 5 minutes from me. The check was a citbank check But sh#tty bank won't cash a check FROM CITYBANK. They recomended another branch 10 miles away. Pound sand city bank...you're useless.

Yesterday I went to this brunch want to opened the account with the appointment around 12:00.I sit long time and no one helps me.What's appointment means.If you come with appointment and no one help me,why last week someone ask me left the information. I am the client and spend time to waiting for you,and you just standing over that .i like to using Citibank,but I don't recommend this brunch at all.

The customer service was very rude, they attended to someone else who speaks their language & ask me to check for an appointment. I noticed that there are other bankers who did not have customer, but didn't not want to do anything. Not sure what the Citi Bank management think about this kind of treatment to new businesses that they might lose.

Never come to this branch again. The customer services is very bad comparing to BOA or Chase. The guy working as a new account was very arrogant, asked me so many unnecessary questions. He told me the system was down, he wouldn't open the bank account for me and somebody from Citibank would call me back in a few days. Honestly, I really think he just lied to me there. How often you see the banking system is down during daytime? And they never call me back. I will never deposit any money into this Citibank because I just hate to deal with some arrogant untrained bankers.

The Worse customer service bank ever. Went there to deposit, the teller made me wait for ever while there are other three tellers hand nothing to do. Then she said my computer is down, why don't u tell me that long time ago so I can go to other teller. So I'm mad, I went outside to deposit with the ATM, now all of their ATM says sorry We can not do that right now.. And this was my first deposit with Citi bank now she makes me want to close my account...

First time came to Citibank located in Monterey Park. I wanted to open checking and saving accounts. I thought I would be welcome, but the new account personnel made me mad. He asked so many irrelevant questions. Where you work? How long you work there? What's your job title? Come on...I deposit into your bank. Is it necessary to ask some many questions? Who trained you for this job? Or you just curious? Do you know how to do business as a banker? Comparing to Chase or BOA, the peoples at Citibank really don't know how to deal with customers. I don't think I will open accounts in Citibank anymore. Traditional banking is no good anyways.

Horrible sucks... Horrible customer services... The branch manager Curtis Wong makes me feel uncomfortable cause he is acting wired...Maybe he got a bad day or something.. But bring a bad attitude to work was super unprofessional and ruthless .. Bad experience...

AWESOME customer service! The manager greeted us, while we were with Jenn He (Personal Banker) . That is just the beginning of our wonderful experience with this branch. I have gone to numerous Citibank locations, and I have never written a review for all the other Citibank locations that I have gone to. It did not make sense for me to write a review for a bank that gave an average amount of customer service. Jenn He was over the top helpful. If I could give her more than 5 stars on Yelp, I definitely would. She took care of numerous things for us. She was constantly multi-tasking with us. She even gave us information regarding a new credit card that Citibank currently has a promotion for. I know that if I ever have to do any bank transactions with Citibank this is the location that I would go to. I would highly recommend the manager, Jenn He and this Citibank location.

I had very good service today I wish I remembered the tellers name but can't recall it. Very friendly with a smile and they even opened the door for me. Service like this doesn't really exist anymore. Glad that this branch still gives old fashioned service. Thanks

How come this citibank doesn't give the tellers a seat during the working time, they have to stand whole day to service, i hope the bank manager would consider giving the seats to the tellets

This review is just for the unprofessional lady who seemed either lazy or incompetent this afternoon during my visit. Came in to see a specific bank teller to help open an account (we usually work with her - very nice and helpful). As we waited for her to finish with her current client, another lady comes up to us and asks how she can assist us. She starts questioning us as to why we wanted to close an account at another bank and why open an account here. What we do with our money is our own business. As this lady was interrogating us, the other teller (the helpful one) was done with her client. However, another client gets to her first. After this lady finishes interrogating us, she then says, "ok, you can wait for her to assist you." She had just wasted our time, made us miss our turn with the helpful teller, and did not provide any assistance to us at all. I don't know what her role is in the bank but we felt as though either she didn't know how to open an account or she was too lazy to do so. We just took our money to another citibank location. This rude lady will drive business away.

People who worked at McDonalds have better customer service than the personal bank tellers. Nancy Huang needs to get herself an attitude check aka more training. Had to call customer service to get my situation solved. Thank God they know how to do their job correctly.

I'm glad I made the right choice to not bank with them...about 2 weeks ago I was going to open an account and witnessed CURTIS BEING UNPROFESSIONAL. I might think he's the manager of this branch but he was yelling at 2 customers. Why would you tell your customers what are you doing here. We're here for a service that you need to provide. What kind of bank is this? A bank mistreats its customers. Your here to provide a positive service not an unwelcome place. HE NEEDS TO BE REMOVED!!! IMMEDIATELY!!! I would not recommend this bank. Unless this guy is removed. A TOTAL JOKE ... Citibank really needs to put a stop to this right away

This bank is a total joke. Open at 10am close at 5pm. Despite the short hour that customer service is as bad as you can get. Today I'm going to move all my money to other bank such as Bank of America and Chase. I don't think they really care anyway
