Very bad service. I don’t know if the previous review is for the same store or if this store has been replaced. The doctor always misses appointments, and the staff except for the doctor who helps with the optometry service is good. The other two ladies are obviously not good at it. If you are willing to serve in this position, if you don't like this job, you might as well work somewhere else. Such service will ruin your boss's business.

Dr. Julia Huang is definitely the best optometrist, very patient, caring and friendly, professional and competent. I have been with Dr. Huang for more than 10 years, and my families as well. We keep coming back when we need an eye care. Her front desk staff is in need for customer services training.

Dr Julia Huang is a good optometrist. Professional, competent and friendly. They need to definitively work on the rest of staff professionalism and welcoming. Don't know the names but majority of staff can be pretty rude. Not helpful and not welcoming. Feels like they don't care for my business. They have no patience to show the selection of glasses. For this reason I may not return in the future.

Clear sight is amazing. Dr. Huang is amazing. Everything about this place is top notch - honest, professional, kind. I have already recommended everyone I know (who need glasses/contacts) to come here.. so you should too!! Haha

Wow! I have been here since I was 12 years old when I first got my hard contacts and Dr. Huang was my primary doctor. She was very nice and gentle and caring and I love her. Fast forward to when I was almost 22 I broke my hard contacts and consulted Dr. Huang to switch to soft contacts and the entire process was extremely smooth. I will go back to for more consultations in the future.

Dr. Huang is one of the few doctors with whom I feel cared for. With 90% of the doctors I go to, the visits are never thorough, always rushed, and always met with multiple visits after as their prescriptions never work. With Dr. Huang, she is freaking busy but is so hardworking and caring that she would still examine each patient thoroughly. With her, every aspect of your eyes are inspected.
Even with my vision insurance, I rather pay out of pocket and go to Dr. Huang BC she gets shiz done. She helped me convert from 10 years of wearing gas permeable lens which constricts your cornea shape to soft contact lens in order to prepare for my LASIK surgery. She then recommended 3 ophthalmologists she had personal experiences with to do my surgery. My eyes were very severely nearsighted (-8 and -9.25) so picking an experienced surgeon was key! I even went to UCLAS opt dept and the surgeon said he could only correct me to -3. I chose Dr. Berg and with Dr. Huang's recommendation I got a significant discount.
A few weeks after surgery, I was told I could see Dr. Huang as my post LASIK care for free for a year. I went there but nope that wasn't true. But she was still curious to see how my eyes were doing so she examined me for that purpose. I love people who love to keep learning but especially health professionals as the health technology keeps improving and changing!
A year after surgery I still have corneal scarring. My surgeon said that he doesn't see any but I still saw that at night it significantly impeded my vision. I went to Dr. Huang and she went through all the machines to examine my eyes. She made sure she covered all grounds so that she wouldn't be making any incorrect assumptions. She saw some specks in my eye due to the scarring but wanted to make sure it wasn't from dryness so she dyed my eye slightly to examine it under the blue light. She checked my vision up close and far away and with different lens and astigmatic corrections.
She gave a few suggestions on how to increase scar healing - which for a few doctors would be enough but added that she will be going to a few conferences soon as well as ones with LASIK professionals so she will ask about my situation there . wow!! I never had a doctor take care of me like this. She said she will even email me her findings in a few weeks. Wow!! I am so so happy I went to see her
