No one answers the phone or emails here. My package was sent here from china and still hasn’t been sent to UPS. Its been a week and a half.

Horrible.... I have a package sitting at their facility is Dec 13th 2020...no replies to my emails and their voice mail is full. How do companies like this are still around is beyond me.
