Friday 2/10 I went to buy 2 helium balloons. I mean I have before and they actually had some around the store. The cashier said they didn't have any but I was literally looking at them. I said ohhh ok (yes I was confused) She then says all we have are those (little ballon with a stick) I said oh that's fine I can take those. Those small balloons needed a boost of helium since they were deflating. I asked the cashier if she could add a little more she said we have no helium. ( yes I was still confused) I said oohhh ok so why would you sell deflated balloons?! I know it's not her fault but whoever is managing there should put a sign saying there isn't any helium. I ended up at Ralph's (now im crying)

They're is one cashier who is really kind. But that one from today 10/16/22 @ 6:50 pm was a little rude to me. It's funny because she was very kind with the person who paid ahead of me, it didn't matter that I had to wait for her to go to her car to obtain her card so she could pay. Not sure if she was being racist, but if you work in customer service you definitely need to have a good attitude.

I called and asked if they had certain balloons the gentleman that answered the phone confirmed they did have the balloon I need I drove 45 mins to get there and the same gentleman man said oh I guess we don't have it . I asked if I can plz buy the display one since I drove all the over here for nothing practically. The manager was called she smiled the whole time didn't even register that that was bad costumer service . I then told her she should maybe teach her employees since they are a reflection of the manger and her inability to train them correct . She proceeded to tell me that that was inappropriate when All I was saying is she needs to be better inorder to not have these issues . I literally drove mid traffic for nothing. All the employee had to do was open the drawer and make sure there actually was something in it not confirm there was for someone to drive over there and then judged because I was upset that they messed up !!! I didn't understand why the manger was so nonchalant about the situation. SMH her name was Elizabeth!

Doors locked at 9:35. Sign clearly says 10pm ignored at the door. Call before going to this location as workers seem to close the store early for whatever reason.

Just so people are aware, most items are now $1.25, not a dollar anymore. They should call it the Dollar 25 Tree. However they also raised prices by a quarter at Daiso, and some items like plastic party table cloths are still cheaper here. The line was incredibly long, and they still took their sweet time opening another register. Do not come here when you are in a hurry.

Finally a dollar store that isn't trashed and dirty. It's clean mostly and usually always stocked. Love their seasonal section right as you walk in. "Snack zone" and their frozen food has a huge variety, I stock up on some of their frozen items for lazy dinner nights. Friendly employees is a plus also.
