This is one of the few busiest branch I have seen nowadays. It has 7 teller windows open. Although the line was long, I was able to get helped faily fast. Employees are friendly and nice.

I recently experienced exceptional service at this branch, the staff were incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and efficient. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and promptly assisted with my inquiries. I love employees of this location. I don't feel the low review scores do this location justice. All employees know me by name and greet me with smile. This is a very busy branch but bankers work very hard to service me efficiently.

Poor customer service, un-attentive, ignorant to banking procedures and transactions. Had to completely withdraw my money and close my account completely from this single bank. Seems they’re more interested in towing away cars in their parking lot than improving and performing their actual jobs.

The staff in orange hair is unknowledgeable about the basic procedures. We waited for an hour to get a simple task done by her and she didn’t even apologize or explain. Her customer service definitely needs to improve.

Worst east west location EVER!!The lady seats in the back is a total airheaded.Tried to make a deposit to business account even though my availability are way higher than the deposit and she still want to to held for 7 days?!Very limited Communication skill and bad customer service.

I would give it a 0 if it is available. I understand COV-19 awareness and public health implications but I can accept poor or no service but I can not accept rude behaviors by the bank tellers. I went to this branch to make a cash deposit. The middle aged teller at the counter is one of the rudest tellers I encountered. She is heavily masked and wore a pair of flimsy gloves. I counted the paper bills carefully to make sure the count is correct. Some of the bills sticked together and I attempted to unstuck them by using my fingers to do so. I was not wearing a pair of gloves and I was wearing a mask. This middle aged lady teller from her look did not like to handle paper bills. She complained rudely when she spoke to me telling me that I am not hygienic in counting the paper bills This is rude and completely unnecessary, If the bank does not welcome cash deposit transactions they should tell their customers. The bank manager should not tolerate rude tellers as tellers are ambassadors for the bank. I have read other negative reviews on this EWB Branch and I can see why it has been given such low rating. If the tellers are afraid of exposure to COV-19 they should stay in their shells at home rather than providing rude service to their customers. I am not going back to this branch ever again. SAD EXPERIENCE. SHAME ON EAST WEST BANK BANK MANAGEMENT.

Have been taking my mom to this branch in the last couple years. It's always busy at this location, especially crazy at the beginning of the month. But we still like to come back here. People always complain there is a long line long waiting, but would you be like your transactions to be taking care of and done right at the first time! The bank staffs are pretty nice and always be patience with us, treat us like family. Didn't know that EW already have Zelle and my mom was able to set up her mobile banking and Zelle with the help of the lady at teller line.

Very friendly staff and the workers are very attentive every time I come in. Place is nice and clean and it's always a pleasure coming here as Parking is very easy to get in and out .

Despite what everyone else says this is a great bank, all banks are busy if you go on your lunch break or right after work of course, and maybe you ran into the staff on a stressful day. I have an issue on my card or just need assistance they always get the problem solved!!! This is my absolute favorite East West Bank to go to!!!

This branch is pretty big with over 10 teller windows but only two tellers. I've waited over 10 minutes. The tellers are all in the older aged grouped. EWB system overall is behind in a technological sense. Every other bank uses zelle but this is unavailable with this bank.

I feel this branch's positive experience was under represented. Teller Candy served me last time. She was very efficient and was able to do things right the first time. Yes, there is always long wait ... but hey here you are at Monterey Park. So, what do you expect? People need to have a real expectation. If you have a base account with $300 in it, please do not expect bank will roll out a red carpet to welcome you. Gosh. I was able to get finance for my business. It helps my cash flow and others. So, I am satisfied. No Complain here. Peace out.
