Dropped off a box with a Samsung phone to be returned as part of a trade in program at this Fedex location. Samsung recieved an emptied box, sent me a picture of the box with no content inside, and will be charging me the full price of the Galaxy S24 Ultra phone. Some employee at this location stole my old Galaxy s22 ultra and shipped an empty box back to Samsung. I will never visit this location again. They have thieves working there.

This place is hopeless. Tried to ship some boxes and they told me that they were too ripped and they couldn't accept them even though they were packaged really well and didn't have any damage at all. The one girl said she wasn't sure then called the manager over and she denied them. One of the boxes hadn't even been opened so it makes no sense. They then tried to sell me on purchasing new boxes for each package which $25 each. What a joke. I took the same boxes down the street in the same center to Monterey Park Postal Center and they accepted them right away no questions asked. The employees here at FedEx need to be replaced. They don't like doing their job.

I had a bad experience where I was needing help, and not getting it. I left the FedEx Office feeling regretful that I paid money for lackluster service and a retail associate who was irritated with my need for help. I used my receipt to fill out a survey and explained why I had such a dissatisfying experience and how upsetting it was. To my surprise, the store's manager actually read it and called me about it. They told me they spoke with their associate and wanted to know if there's anything they can do to make the situation right. This is why I'm giving 3 stars instead of the 1 star I planned to give. It sucks when you go to a business needing customer service, and then leave feeling like it was a mistake. I didn't think anyone took those surveys seriously. I was surprised to hear back, and it definitely helps to know that the manager stepped in to speak with their employee about the situation too.

We often came to FedEx shipping office for sending packages making copies buying items for we need to shipping or tapes or other items. We came enlarge a picture of mom they did a good job on it. The price was good to enlarge the photo and service was good Wesley who help us was great we thank him.

The printer messed up on the print. I asked Jessica for help on a refund of $1.90. She said the machine didn't mess up even though it was very clear it was. I didn't have time to argue over a dollar. Going to file a claim with my credit card company. Pretty bad service over a dollar. I am sure the owner isn't going to be happy.

I went to the FedEx office in Monterey Park this evening to send (fax)the paperwork to the auto insurance company but I didn't know how to do it so I asked the lady in the FedEx uniform and she didn't help me politely. Because of that, only money was charged and I couldn't send it.

Unless you know exactly what you are doing , do not come here . There is no help (however lily was the only person that helped me ... everyone just seemed to be doing what they need to be doing and not giving a hoo ha about anyone needing help.
