The main girl with the color pink highlight hair is terrible and has become callous towards customers. I don’t understand people who hate their jobs. It’s clear she is miserable and always gives poor service. Seriously needs retraining.

I dropped by this FedEx location in Monterey Park to simply make 1 copy of a form, 1 USB form printer making that a total of 3 forms to fax over including a cover sheet. Not be confused with the cover sheet making it a total of 2 sheets of paper to fax over to the appropriate destination. I should have actually only gotten charged once for just the 2 documents and instead I looked at my bank statement and it shows not only did they charged me once but they charged me twice both for different amounts. In actuality I should have only been charged $4.98 as my confirmation receipt reflected. I got charged $5.00 and then charged $10.00. This was my first time here and their scanners/faxes and printer are operated by this digital point of sales screen device. NOTE: if you are new to this whole process please be very careful on how to use these it can be tricky please ask for help. I called an associate to see if they could refund me those 2 incorrect amounts and was told these are just authorization holds and should clear within 24 hours but also advised me that if I need to get refunded right away to contact my bank. Great!!!! make the customer do additional work that the customer isn't getting paid for. The employees were somewhat helpful but not really as I felt I was distracting them from tending to other customers and it was very busy in there to say the least. Is it no wonder this FedEx has a 2.6 rating 🤔 🙄

Poor Service. Jessica was the representative that did not help me out. She was not trying to help me out at all, she said the project that needed printing would take over an hr because she had to take other orders, mind you there was no other customers in the store. The printing only took 5 min at another location I went to, I do not know why she was making it a big deal but she did. Terrible service from Jessica.

They refused to accept my package because I reused a perfect Amazon box and they saw me remove the old labels. I took it to across the street Walgreens n they accepted it gladly.

And they went out of Their way to help me The staff did everything for me. They treated me like a Regular human being From the bottom of my heart , thank you very much fedex staff for making my day

was just there, I needed help with a
door tag that a FedEx driver left for me
that was not working. After numerous
calls to customer service just to get hung
up on I thought maybe I give it a long
shot and go to the store to see if anyone
can help me with this. I was really
expecting to get turned away and be told
all we don't do that here. But when I
walked into the store I was instantly
greeted and got the pleasure of dealing
with Jessica, she immediately knew what
to do and look like she had the
experience to handle this particular
inquiry of mine. Within a couple of
minutes she was able to relieve all my
issues and really handled herself quite
professionally. I'm hoping her Superior
customer service skills get noticed by
someone higher up. Thanks to her she
really helped alleviate a lot of my stress
over this package. I'm a customer service
manager and the next time my company
is hiring 1 just might go try to recruit her

Super unhelpful staff - clearly needed help carrying in boxes and staff pretended they couldn’t see me. Had to ask for a dolly and no one helped as I made multiple trips - they just stood around watching, eyes like glazed donuts. When I got to the front of the line, they told me I needed to buy extra packing materials that I didn’t need, bc my boxes were already well packed. I was shipping custom branded hand sanitizers, and they told me “we don’t do that here” “that’s hazardous” “you have to call the corporate office” not offering to connect me with an agent or someone off site who could help. Terrible experience.

I bring the original box of Sephora to return ,the. They tell me it too empty to ship ,they refuse to ship only if I buy the paper from the store ,wtf? That is the first time I do free return still need to buy something,the service in there is so bad,they just want u to buy something from their store than they can service to u!!
