Very friendly. As soon as you walk in you are welcomed. For some reason other places don’t even acknowledge you. The price was reasonable. Celia was very nice and she speaks Spanish.

I have been going to Hair Time for over 25 years and have always gotten a great haircut. Celia always cuts my hair and since she knows my style I don't think I have ever stood there longer than 15 minutes.
