Gary was kind enough to repair my vehicle without an appointment. He replaced my starter and had it ready upon my return from mini vacation. The cost of repair was very reasonable. Great service!

I had a wonderful experience at Kato's Auto Service. They changed my oil, reset the automatic notification in the dashboard, checked out the rest of the vehicle so I won't have any problems in the future. They are very nice and easy people to deal with and make me feel comfortable. I'll be back!!!! ???

Anthony is by far the best. He gave me options to what my '07 BMW X3 needed when it came to changing the transfer case oil and also checked out if my transmission needed service by hooking up the scanner. The price was very reasonable and very flexible. Would highly recommend it for any European vehicles

Took my Mom's car to Kato's Auto Shop because there was an oil leak. They took my moms car in and gave us a diagnosis within the first day, they cleaned the engine and told us it was the oil pan which was leaking due to a broken gasket. They helped resolve the issue and Gary was very helpful when he explained the whole process! They gave us a detailed estimate and told us a lot about BMW's. Very helpful and trustworthy. Definitely recommend coming here!

One of the best experience I ever had at an auto repair. Christina, front desk, what a wonderful personality. She went above the call of duty. Vehicle inspection was super quick. The tech at Marine Chevrolet broke my tire sensor and then did not reset it. I asked Christina about it and she asked one of the repairs specialists and he took my truck back into the shop and fixed the tire sensor with no cost to me. WOW was I impressed. Today, this has become the only place for all my vehicle inspection and repairs. I am retired Army and I recommend everyone to use Kato's Auto Service. Really Impressed!!!!
