I love coming here for Nails ! Is my spot to relax , they have massage chairs, and they put protection for your feet ! Which is very important.
Diana is the best! Love her and her kindness. She is so caring about her job and does a great job.
Definitely will recommend you to join Kool Nails as your to go spot. :)

This place seemed nice , my wife showed them what to do on my daughter, but they did the opposite of what they were told. On top of that they did a terrible job on my daughters pedicure, they cut deep on her toe and now she has an swollen toe , and a cut that looks infected. Not only that but they cut down so low on her toe nails that she is in discomfort from trimming so low to the toe skin. Definitely not returning back to this place nor do I recommend. Had to rate one star cause 0 stars is not an option.

Paid $100.00 For pedicure and acrylic Nails. Male tech did the wrong color on my nails. Cut me in almost every finger as shown in photos. I will never go back there. Very disappointed. Over priced terrible outcome. Don't recommend it at all.

The women at this salon are so nice and very personable. I enjoy coming here. Kelly does my nails and does a fabulous job. She has to work extra hard because I like them short. She never disappoints. I suggest anyone to come here.

I went on Memorial Day and they were open! I got gel nail art and regular pedicure for $75, which is responsible. I love my nails! I also love Kelly who did a great job on my nail art design.

I have been coming to Kool Nails for a few years now and I have had the chance to get my nails dine with different nail technicians. No one other two have come close two matching both nail art and customer service consistently as Diane and Vicki have. These two ladies see me every tel week and give me the best nail get away. They know exactly what I want each and every time and make me feel as relaxed as if I were at home. I am always greeted with a smile, the shop is super clean and there are tons of colors to chose from. Love coming here. Can't imagine nor will I let me imagination even think of going elsewhere.

Over priced & the lady cut me several times I have three cuts on my fingers. She also didn't do my nails nice at all, weirdly shaped & not at all what i'm use to. 65$ for cut up hands and weird looking nails they don't do refunds so i'll will just not be returning

Shady establishment came here for pedicure ended up having to let the nail tech breakdown what she was charging me. For the services should've been 33 and then the grand total was 58. How do you even figure that math out. Then once I call her out she tries to make up a list of what the charges were for. She couldn't even explain once she was caught overcharging me. I will never and I mean ever step foot in this establishment. Will be reporting to BBB they should know that this place is ripping people off.
