Hours: L&Y Foods operates on a first-come, first-served basis, with papers collected around 4 or 5 a.m. The experience depends entirely on when you arrive and what product is being delivered. Wait times can vary, often taking 5-6 hours, but sometimes trucks are unloaded within 2-3 hours. The unloading process can be a bit slow as they use pallet jacks. The warehouse personnel are noted as very nice people providing good service. Drivers are advised not to park in the middle yellow lane to avoid police, and parking for trucks may be found on the next block or further away in the Ontario area. The facility has restrooms available. While some reviews cause worry, many report a not bad or good experience.
