Waited over an hour for the basic car wash, $31.99 plus tip, to be finished on a busy Friday afternoon. Drove out and realized that there was a spotty film on the windshield that cause serious visibility problems in the bright sun. Had to clean my own windows afterwards. Have used this car wash many times in the past and think that it is overpriced for quality of service. Expect a long wait when it's busy. I was disappointed with the experience and will most likely not return there.

If you care about your car, PLEASE DO not take your car here! I tend to give this car wash another chance because it's SO close to my home but my experiences only get worse. My sister and I took both our cars Thursday around lunch time, I paid $40 for a deluxe car wash. The guy was pushing a wax but thankfully my sister pulled up at the same time and he reminded how crappy her wax job was (she ended up taking her black car back to get it fixed after it was left with a ton of circular smudges). She asked for a gold car wash $30 or so, while I paid 38 for the deluxe. Thought they did a decent job for the price until I get in my car to drive home after work last night. My windshield is SUPER smudged as if it was cleaned with armor all or a dirty rag. Not only is this dangerous, but pretty annoying since it's a basic component of car washing. Fast forward to today Saturday, my sis and I were out and about and she mentions the car wash lost one of her rear all weather mats. We stopped at the car wash and spoke to Alfonso (said he was the manager) about both issues. He wasn't too friendly and even alluded to whether we paid for our cars to be washed on Thursday .... And if it was possible that my sister had misplaced her mat herself!He proceeded to clean my windshield again and eventually admitted that the windshield was likely cleaned with armor all. While he did that, I walked inside to the cashier to ask if they had a lost and found where my sister might find her mat. Her name was Brianna and she was more rude than Alfonso. Knowing I wouldn't get anywhere with her I walked back outside. By this time Alfonso was chatting up my sister and apologizing for the whole interaction and venti g about the crappy working conditions. When I shared my interaction with Brianna, he was quick to agree about her about her crappy service and the lack of follow up from the owner/GM. Alonso promised to call my sister on Tuesday when he looked for the mat, I'll update my review next week and hope it's found. IT'S UNFORTUNATE that this car wash is so terrible. Apparently the staff is a pretty accurate reflection of management. Please do not take your car here. Not worth it.

They forgot to put my Air freshener which I paid for isn't the whole point for the car to smell good.

WARNING! DON'T COME HERE. Incompetent business owner (Sergio ) and manager ( Adrian).They DAMAGED the wheels on my Escalade by spraying the wrong wheel cleaner and are not willing to fix them. I've tried to resolve this in a civil matter but Javier won't return calls and is scared to show up in person to resolve the issue. His minion Adan told me yesterday to wait for him as he'd be there in 20min. An hour later it was clear that Adan told him not to show up, coward and unprofessional. At this point I have no choice but to take legal action.

After reading the reviews it was clear that I should stay away from the lower priced packages and invest in their deluxe hand wash package (usually $80 but was discounted to $60 today). You get what you pay for people! I went when they were not too busy, around 230pm on a Monday, and my car wash took just over an hour as I expected it to. I sat outside and watched them clean/detail my car and can confidently say that they were very efficient and thorough when tending to my vehicle. My car looked (and smelled) like it did the day I bought it from the dealership!

Moved to the area recently and this place was convenient. Third time coming here and I'm officially done. First couple of times I thought maybe it'll get better. After three times, I get it, the service is half-assed.

After many years of having car wash here, today was a disaster. Washer was insulting. Insects were left on paint, windows were streaked and not cleaned, and I was accused of not understanding how cars should be washed.

Tried this new place out for my truck and it came out fantastic. The workmanship was top-notch. They didn't leave my truck all spotty and they were fast and efficient. I will definitely continue using.

AVOID this place at all cost!!Brought my 2022 Jeep Gladiator for a wash yesterday 12/06/2022 around 11:15ish in the morning. "Alfonso" the manager took my keys from me upon arrival and I went inside to pay. It was early in the morning and there was only one vehicle in front of me therefore I knew I wouldn't be there for too long compared to other times when it's busy. I stayed inside the waiting area, watching the Portugal- Switzerland game. When I started to notice that my truck was taking longer than it should to be pulled out and dried. I stood up, trying to see if I would spot my truck from inside where it was being washed and I couldn't see it. Eventually sometime passed by when I noticed they pulled out my truck to start drying it and my key were handed back to me around 11:55am. When I got into my truck I noticed stress cracks on my entire windshield!!! When I asked the man who turned in my keys back what had happened he said that when they were done washing it, they had given it to him like that!!!Well let me tell you, my windshield was not cracked when I brought it in!!! Alfonso came to talk to me saying that my truck was already like that and another man by the name of "Jose" comes to me saying that my truck was already like that and they had washed it that way and that it was not them. When requesting to speak to the owner "Sergio" I was told that he was not there and that he would be back until 3:30pm if not the next day all day. I left my number with the cashier inside for him to call me back and I haven't received a call back yet. I called this morning and got no answer. This place is responsible for the stress damages caused on the windshield of my truck!! If my windshield would have been cracked upon arrival. Why would they continue with washing it and not report it to me or say anything, knowing it could have caused more damage. I understand accidents happen, however own up to the damages caused and not say anything in hope the customer will not see it or say anything. Waiting for "Sergio" the owner to contact me and get this resolved in a civil matter. I'll continue to follow up....

I've always been pleased with the customer service, business cleanliness, and overall excellent experience and work done to my car. I drive all the way from South Central for a detail at least once a month or every couple months because the prices are manageable and the quality my car and I as a customer receive is incomparable elsewhere. Grateful customer.

It took 25 min for someone to finally start drying my car - I am sure it has air dried by now. Very disorganized. For the price you pay, I would expect better service.
