Yen was very friendly and customer service oriented. We arranged everything via text and phone calls. She made a beautiful arrangement and delivered it on time. Needed flowers for V Day. They are close to me, so I went in, so glad I did. The married couple working were so kind and welcoming. I described what I wanted and came back two days later to one of the most beautiful arrangements I have ever seen. I paid $60, but easily could have been $100, lovely ppl, will be back.
