Best place to get thin meat and soup bases for hot pot at home! Owner speaks mandarin but items also have tags with names in English. Reasonable prices too. Highly recommend.

Hidden family-owned shop tucked in between some stores in this plaza. Inside this place is like your all-in-one stop shop need for having hotpot. Sooo many different selection of meats, fish balls snacks, soupbase, noodles, and whatever you think you might need for having a successful hotpot night. Here's the best part about this place, the deals for the meats are superb. I got like 3lbs of sliced beef belly for like $28. Fresh and finely cut wellNice and friendly older man who spoke barely any English. But he does tries his best to accommodate you and understand what you need. Very kind of him.He takes credit card, BUT I think cash would be better if you are trying to help support your local mom/pop business ;) This place hella BUSSIN.EXQUISITE EXQUISITE EXQUISITE EXQUISITE EXQUISITE

I've purchased from Miao Yun Food a couple times already and I last visited on Monday, 12/5/2022 in the afternoon. Fortunately when I came by, there was plenty of parking in the lot (which is a definitely plus because that parking lot can get kind of packed!) I was instantly greeted and helped by the shop owner. He was super nice and I spoke to him in Mandarin. I had ordered 2 lbs of beef slices for $20 and he instantly went to the back to help me get them. The beef is sliced thinly and a little bit on the fattier side. So for those who don't typically like the fat, be aware of that! My husband prefers this cut over some other places and the meat cooks nicely in hot pot so it keeps us coming back for more. The shop owner is limited in English, but he had previously helped recommend a tasty soup broth that both my husband and I enjoyed! Sure, the prices have steadily gone up throughout the years but that is to be expected from inflation! Prices as of December 2022Lamb $27.99/3lbBeef $27.99/3lbThey accept card but we typically will pay in cash! :)All in all, we would come back ..and we totally have! Thanks Miao Yun for supplying our hot pot meat for some time now!

Great place to get you slice meats. Got 3lb of lamb and beef for $28 each. Got 2lb of sliced pork belly for $12. The meat quality is better than what you find at most supermarket. The owner is an older Chinese man who has limited English but he was super helpful and friendly.

Very good quality meats and at good price. The sliced meats are very thin and cooks very tender (better than some other places). Price now for 3lb beef is $28 (has been slowly increasing!). They also have other hotpot items like fishballs too. Store is big, bright, and nice. This is located in the tokyo fried chicken plaza.

You will find whatever you dream of regarding HIGH QUALITY meats and seafood. We make our own homemade soups and hotpot with Miao Yun Foods and it's far better than any restaurants. Enough said!!! However, the customer service at is amazing like no other shop. You dream it and can't find it they will go get it for you and show you options as well. Forget about long lines at the market, here you can grab and go in less than a minute if you don't want to browse, but I highly recommend you shop to find additional food treasures. Love the place, thank you!!!

Cheaper to get your meat here than 99 ranch. about 30~ bucks for 3 lbs. They have hot pot supplies here as well from types of both to tofu skin. This is the spot to go get your hotpot needs. Not everything is the cheapest, but the meat definitely is. Meat quality- pretty damn good imo. You get a giant case of meat for 30 bucks so can't complain. They also have golden fish roe balls.

If you want good meat at a great price for your hot pot. This is the place to be. They have 3 pound trays of thinly cut fatty beef for $20. They also have lamb and port and other meats. In addition, they stock all the fixings you may need for a nice hot pot party. I highly recommend their frozen fu-chow fish balls.

We come here from Burbank to pick up meat and it is very much worth it. We used to buy from H Mart, and it's just too much money. Good quality and affordable. The owner is very polite and though he seems to speak very basic English (I only speak English and Spanglish lol) realistically it's enough to buy the meat from him. I highly recommend this shop and his products.
