This is the first review I’ve ever written. They wanted to charge my daughter $180 for plain white acrylic nails. I took her to a different store and they charged $85 for the same length and color. This is a scam- only because my daughter looks younger. ALSO, the lady didn’t want to say how much it would cost right off the bat. My daughter asked how much it would cost multiple times. The lady didn’t want to tell her. She sat my daughter down and applied the nails and said that the length would be $180. My daughter has gotten her nails done before and knew that this price was absolutely suspicious. My daughter didn’t want to proceed. The lady charged my daughter $15 to remove the one nail she glued on. MY FAMILY AND I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK HERE for the reasons mentioned.

The lady who did my nails was so nice they brought me and my daughter a cup of tea and made that hour or so fly by.

I usually don't like getting pedicures. I've had some pretty bad experiences at other nail salons, but I thought I would give this one a try. I was able to do a walk-in. I picked a nice tone of baby blue. The lady who did my nails was really nice and gentle with my toes. This spot is placed amongst many other nail salons that I haven't been to, but I would definitely come back here. Thanks!

$29 for regular pedicure and callus removal. No appointment. Like all other reviews, I didn't think this place was clean. When I dip my feet in the water, it felt like there were little sands in it and I saw what appeared to be a tiny toe nail around the water (pretty gross). Service was quick. Only took maybe 15 min from start to finish. I'm not really in the area so this was probably a one time thing but I would look for other places to try next time I'm in the area.

UPDATE: It's been 5 days and my nails are already peeling!!! New pics attached. SMH, very disappointed This was my first time coming here and it was very disappointing. I had a gel French tip manicure and a regular pedicure. I just wanted a quick French tip bc I was scared to try out a new place in this area and I didn't think it could end badly since French tips seem pretty straightforward. I was in and out in 50 minutes, which is the fastest I've ever had nails done. It felt like the lady who did the French tip didn't even try comparing it to my other nails or even looking at her work when it was done. I probably should've said something but I also just wanted to get out of here because it was so unsanitary. All the chairs had leather chipping off on all parts, the towels and pillows they were using were dirty and ragged. I understand using old towels but when they're visibly ragged, I think, as a business, it's better for you buy new towels. Additionally, tip was cash only, which they don't tell you on the phone when you schedule an appt, so you have to use the ATM and it has an additional $4.50 fee which was annoying. And lastly, it's $1 to walk out w/ the plastic slippers, which wouldn't have been as annoying if the lady didn't tell me that my toes would be finished drying in 10 mins and to wait, but then another lady, 10 mins later, told me it'd be 30 more mins and I should just pay I gave them 2 starts because at least my pedicure isn't horrific. I will not be coming back here and I suggest you all not to either.

So this is like my third time coming here. The only reason why I went to nail pro is because I love how they leave your feet and they take out your ingro nails and I like that. I was already here might as well do my nails 'cause I usually go to JP next-door. And let me tell you I wanted to tell the girl to take them off but I feel like that's kind of disrespect because that's their work and I don't want them to feel bad so I waited. I even asked for medium square and that's not even close to it. I literally left and paid, I went to another salon to take off the nails because they were so bad.

I've been coming here for over 8 years and I finally had enough of overpaying!!!! THEY RIP YOU OFF. Charging $70 for medium length nails no design nothing AND TO TOP IT OFF THE SHAPE ISN'T WHAT I WANTED OR ASKED FOR I asked for tapered square. They never have a set price they make it up as they go and lost their value because their excuse is "prices of nail supplies have gone up" spa chairs do not work and are all ripped yet they still charge $22 for a regular pedicure. If you wanna to get your moneys worth go somewhere else where they don't steal your money for BASIC nails. My new spot is tick-tick time nails and spa they actually get the shape right and do them soooo bomb and charge a reasonable price for long nails WITH A DESIGN. I'm so happy I found a new spot!!

I go see Henry, he's very attentive and gets my nails just like I like them. This is my mail spot of preference in Montetey Park. Pricing is fair.

I had called ahead asking for a soak off for my acrylics, to which I was told they do. So once I'm there in the chair, tell me why the woman started ripping my nails off with a fake nail ?? She made me bleed with one nail and it's broken. Why lie about doing soak offs? Or maybe it's just laziness...$10 to have them rip my nails off. I could've done that at home.

I didn't have an appointment but they took me in fairly quickly. I got a regular pedicure and dip nails. I question the cleanliness of the tools they're using and whether all the technicians are licensed. The towels looked like they were once white but are so dirty looking and stained. The pedicure was just ok. My nails were burning as the nail tech used the e-file on my fingernails. The dip nails weren't the best I've had, and they started to chip after just one week. I do not recommend service here. However, there were several people coming in for appointments with Tammy, May, and Aaron, so I assume they are the technicians to get. Note: I used to see May when she was at a different salon and her work was fantastic. I was not lucky enough to get her for my walk-in, and if I could get past the unsanitary feel perhaps would go back only for her.
