This store itself is OK. Can't say the same for some of the patrons that shop here, or shall I say park their cars here.
Some crazy lady who was yelling and screaming, and banging on some other guy's car. Cops came around and asked us if we heard any noise. We told them the general direction. Three cop cars circled around the lot, causing cars to "play musical chairs" by that corner with the charging station. They didn't catch anyone, and then some creepy guy kept staring at us. No security in the market, and no security in the lot. I'm going to avoid shopping here, thank you very much!

Great customer service reasonable prices and they have a Redbox box for movies inside the store.

I got cheated again today, the self service gun is pointing right at the Chocolate bars it automatically charged me so I ask the clerk "Jennifer" to take it out. she pressed a button and I took it in good faith that it was taken out, when I drove home and checked the receipt it was still there, so I have to drive all the way back to Ralphs to get a refund. She told me I had press twice on the Chocolate which is a lie, then the manager gave me the refund without any apology. Like the word "SORRRY" does not exist. I think both the manager and the clerk are in on it. To overcharge customers. Decent store, pretty clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking lot is awkward but had access to charging stations for ev's.

I ordered fried chicken at its deli. They had a special on their fried chicken on Thursday and I took advantage of it. I picked up my order on Friday. It took a little longer than I expected to have my order ready. I probably will place the order here again in the future because of the price, quality and convenience.

The parking lot is a nightmare. I would recommend only going during slower times of day or visit another Ralph’s.
