I had no idea they had filled the drug on that day for delivery.Repeated requests were put to pharmacy staff as well as pharmacist to Cindy to call from the pharmacy give me at least a few hours before delivery but they failed to do that. I live alone and have a rigorous and challenging doctors appointment schedule. May, the pharmacy staff was so hostile and nasty told me to take my prescriptions elsewhere when I raise the concern to her. They also made up the story that I hung up all the owner where is I didn't even know whom Kelly wanted me to talk to I had informed her I could not talk because of the severe migraine and I just got up without food. for migraine patients it's a number one killer and as pharmacy staff they are so ignorant!

Not only she couldn't deliver what she promise but also backstabbed me to cover her mistakes and to please the new owner. May, the pharmacy staff was so hostile and nasty told me to take my prescriptions elsewhere when I raised the concern to her. Cindy the new Pharmacist is chaotic as the staff, a control freak but does not know how to prioritize. She would not refill my maintenance medications of 90 day supply but in order to please the owner try to played the doctor by contact my physicians office to initiate new prescription for nerve pain medication which doctors change dosages all the time. Of course all their efforts were watsted and my other medications in need were not filled. Today I was told by surprise that they are no longer delivering for me . I had nothing in writing, no voice messages or text messages. They had left repeated messages on my Google Voice asking me me to call back without leaving any info. . Previously they were bugging me for my new drug insurance information for 2019 and I had no time nor the energy to speak to them because I was struggling with a new leg and ankle nerve damage and a migraine attack which landed me in ER. And because ER gave a shot not supposed to given for a heart patient, I had a severe complication and had to call them to refill my heart medicine. That was when I found out they have cut me out of retaliation for my complaint . They have both my of cell numbers and the text message they sent was to my Google Voice which I never use for text messages Since it's a different app. they have my local cell phone number which they never texted me at all.. This is how professional they are, very typical of Monterey Park culture. They treat patients the way it is because they can get away with it in the third world.They promise you one thing, get your business get your money then cut you off. that's how to sew Chinese culture is.
