Takes forever to do a simple modem drop off due to an upgrade, waited almost an hour. It was 6:38pm when an associate Ronnie left for the day, he left 2 associates behind with 7 customers waiting.

⭐ 1-Star Review — A VERY Long Day for Something So Simple
I normally don’t write 1-star reviews, but today was such an exhausting experience that I feel people should know what to expect at this store.
I spent almost half my day just trying to install a simple modem and Wi-Fi upgrade. What should have taken 10 minutes turned into three separate visits:
1️⃣ Visit 1: They gave me the wrong modem + an incompatible power adapter.
2️⃣ Visit 2: They exchanged it, but didn’t activate the new modem at all — so I went home, set everything up, and still had no internet. I had to call Spectrum technical support, and the phone technician fixed in 10 minutes what the store failed to do twice.
3️⃣ Visit 3: I had to drive back again just to return the wrong modem and the power adapter they originally mismatched.
In total, this took around 5 hours of my day — all because of basic mistakes that should never happen if the employees were properly trained or detail-oriented. They weren’t rude, but they clearly don’t double-check anything, don’t read details, and don’t seem to understand how important accuracy is for customers who have busy lives.
A small errand like this should NOT derail an entire afternoon.
The only good part: once everything was finally activated correctly (over the phone, not by the store), the upgraded modem works great. My Wi-Fi is much faster and YouTube quality is super sharp. The technical support agent on the phone was excellent and actually knew what he was doing.
But the in-store experience? Extremely inefficient, untrained staff, and way too many preventable mistakes. Now I understand why this store has so many low reviews.
If you come here, double-check every single thing before you leave.

Love spectrum for the way it is set up. You don't have to get a bungle just for the Internet. Friendly person, spacious room and great atmosphere.

Had an increase bill from 49$ to 81$ dollars its all fake promotions with hidden fees . Definitely changing providers soon! Plus always having issues with network! Save your time and money get AT&T cheaper and same speed that they over charge here!

Ordered their internet service online! It came with free phone line for a year, which I didn't need but it was free so I went to active it. They made me buy a new phone cuz the phone I took wasn't transferable. Well, they also got rid of the promotion and now I have to pay a monthly bill for the phone line.
