Very bad attitude, different answers to the same question, no standard, made me and my family run back and forth, very unprofessional, wasted my time. It is recommended to fire all employees and managers and cancel the business. It is not a service business, but a torture business!

they have the worst service in there. They don’t respect their quotes. They don’t even write down the name in their system , just in case something when I wrong they can refer to this employee and complain about there mistake ,I think that this should be one of the things that they should told you at the beginning please write down the name who’s helping you ,so that way you can complain back ,I believe the manager name is Juan Carlos. He comes and tell you in the moment that he’s gonna fix the issue in your account however he never fix anything. Neither call you back and you ended up having the same issues in your account. , horrible service they don’t respect their customers. They don’t respect the quote that they provide. They ended up stealing your money.
I believe spectrum has a good potential, providing Internet or cell phones for yourself however their service when they have people working in stores is horrible and they are losing respect and their due to this.

Fatal there is never good attention so they canceled the service so they increase the payment every month. From 68 k he paid it to 147 dollars and the people they have in that store are not good at serving the customer, they are bitter.

Just got home after swapping my router and modem for working ones and realized Maria forgot to give us the yellow cord. We brought it to the store, she took it and said we'd get a new one... but we didn't. Now they're closed for the day. : / And the modem doesn't work.

A spectrum vehicle is parked blocking my driveway. It's been more than an hour and no one is around. This is unacceptable. I need to get my vehicle in my drive way. I took pictures of the plates and the vehicle and will be reporting this to traffic and parking control.
