Today I spoke to Tim at Spectrum, (there are probably a million). However, this gentleman helped me with all my questions about starting up my services with cable as well as internet. He never rushed me off the phone, and was very polite. He helped me make a decision to start up services immediately. He walked me through many different options to fit my budget. He explained to me he is a family man, and understands when it comes to staying within your budget. Hats off to Tim . Also, I called the 1-888 service number but selected this location, due to visiting this store previously with a family member. It was clean and the staff were quick in getting to their members quickly and efficiently . I am a satisfied customer .

Personally I have good experiences with both Spectrum phone support and walk in at this particular store, maybe I didn't hit their peak hours. On 2 occasions, Spectrum phone support was able to pick up my calls within 6 minutes and almost right away to address the issue with my new Spectrum set-top boxes, and I was able to swap the old boxes with new ones at this store without any problems. Happy New Year ~~

A spectrum representative gave me a special offer where I get a discount for high speed internet. He said it would be $50 a month... I signed up, and my bill was $80. My trust in his approach made me buy in and I was robbed $30. Won't be signing to spectrum again.

Ever since their scheduled maintenance, the internet has been dog shit. I work from home and I keep disconnecting from internet intermittently and I can't get a game going at night either. And they are charging so much. Dog shit internet and dog shit company. Never getting them again.

I hate having Spectrum and was finally so happy to finally be able to cancel. All I needed to do was return their modem so I came here to do so. They have a check in machine at the front and a lot of floor reps helping customers but the wait felt horrendous. Not sure if it's because we could select why we came in and we had selected cancellation, but it felt abnormally suspicious that right when it came to us being next, we had to wait extra. We saw multiple reps finish helping their prior customers and instead of taking the next person (us) they would go on their phones or start talking to the rep next to them or join in on their conversation. We had to wait a good 15 minutes til we were called even though 3 reps were free doing nothing. Maybe on their break? One of them did leave to go to another room, but the other 3 were just idling around in the store instead of leaving to a break room, which made us feel purposely neglected. Of course after we were finally called, the other reps IMMEDIATELY started calling for the people after us. Very sus, but maybe we're overthinking. Still doesn't look good to have breaks on the floor and see empty reps while there's a huge queue in the waiting area. All I can say is I'm glad to finally be done with spectrum and their ridiculous pricing and unstable service. Made sure to get a confirmation of the modem return. I hope to never have to get their services again.

This place has no sense of urgency. I waited about 1 hour and 40 mins. Alexis, im assuming must be a manager because he was walking around not helping in any way. Especially considering the amount of people waiting and the time it was taking to service people. He couldn't help make the lines go faster but he had time to walk up and change the channel while we were watching a show. I think im mostly bothered because nothing was playing when i got there, and he didn't have common courtesy to ask if we minded if the channel was changed. ~ just rude

Worse service what I seen ever. 4 people inside and just two works, other two not doing nothing. 50 minutes waiting for drop off devices and finally they can’t help me. Other store drop off in 5 minutes.

This review isn't about the actual office but Spectrum in general. It is BS that they keep raising my bill $5 every year. I use to pay $49.99 and now I'm paying $89.99. - for internet ONLY. They do t even adjust the payment when their service goes out and I'm without internet for several hours but t he y keep raising the price. I'm going to cancel my service this month and go with another provider. They are full of crap. No wonder they have low ratings.

Arrived on 9/1/23 Friday @ 7:53pm and door were already locked even tho their posted operating hours shows them opened till 8pm. Inside store was 3 employee just sitting there not willing to open door to help their customer. This is why I and a whole bunch of customer are leaving. The manage of this location needs to teach their employees a little bit about customers service.

I came to this location after experiencing some pretty poor customer service from the Alhambra Spectrum. Given the difficulties from the previous location, I honestly didn't know what to expect coming in here, but wow. I was greeted right away and within minutes the problem I was experiencing with my modem and router was resolved. The staff member who helped me was Israel, and they were so kind and patient (my problem was a bit unique and kind of difficult, so it required some explaining) and very knowledgeable. They walked me through each step of the process and helped me make an informed decision, and sent me on my way with a solution that saved me hours of headache. Would definitely recommend this location to others!

Really bad costumer service , the guy the was supposed to help me was super rude is not what he said it is the tone that he used , he made me feel so bad that I even wanted to cancel the service, but I decide to do everything by phone , going to the store was a bad idea for me. I hope other people have better luck.

I gave into a pressure sales job in a local grocery store and said that if there was functional cable service from the street manhole to my house I would go with Spectrum Internet. The equipment was shipped to me before the tech could come out and determine that the old coax cables to my house did not work. The tech told me it would be months before a crew could come out. I immediately returned the equipment per contract instructions. Unfortunately, I keep getting calls threatening to cut off my NON-EXISTENT Spectrum Internet if I don't pay. Significant time on the phone with Spectrum and I'm told the account is canceled and that I should just ignore the Spectrum phone calls spamming me. I dislike Spectrum almost as much as I hate my 30 years of experience with AT&T, from an old Motorola cell phone service through U-Verse then DirecTV and my cell service now. Spectrum is no Savior. Sad

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE! I went in to trade my mom's equipment and even after giving them the address, the rep put the equipment under my home address. I then had to return the next day to fix the issue only to get another rep who was such a jerk. I usually don't get upset with employees but this guy was so rude. I asked him to fix the issue and his response was that he was not tech support. They can screw up your account but don't have the capability to fix it. I seriously hate Spectrum and wish there was another option.
