If you're a seafood lover, you must try this seafood feast.Firstly, their price, compared to some restaurants in Koreatown where the average cost per person easily exceeds a hundred dollars, this place is quite reasonable! We ordered Combo B, and it was only $115 for 2 people.Although there weren't any expensive ingredients like eel or lobster, just the variety of side dishes almost filled up two of us. Steamed egg, scallion pancake, cheese corn, seafood cold noodles, spicy rice cakes, fish cake soup, dish after dish, we couldn't stop eating! When we went, the ingredients were all very fresh. When the abalone was served, it was still moving! The clams, scallops, and oysters were all plump and delicious. What's even better is that there was a Korean guy grilling for us the whole time, as they use pure charcoal fire, it's easy for amateurs to overcook! (But the gentleman also mentioned, when it gets busy, he's the only waiter, it can get a bit overwhelming, so everyone should be understanding.)Overall very recommended!

Place is dismal only 3 items on menu. A 79.00 combo, a 114.00 combo, and a 149.00 combo. It all was overdone tasteless. Asked for the item to go. I was told they don't have boxes because they don't do take out. I then asked what about a box for a doggie bag, nope no

High recommended!! We ordered combo C, and the appetizers were quite plentiful and generously sized. Both my friend and I were cautious not to overindulge in the appetizers, fearing we wouldn't have room for the main dishes later. They use charcoal grilling, which adds an incredible aroma to the food. After indulging in various appetizers, the main dishes arrived, and they were wonderfully abundant! The servers came by regularly to grill and cut the food for us. Compared to others, the clams were incredibly fresh and plentiful. The grilled squid was my favorite! Just a quick grill and it became so fragrant. We ended up chatting and enjoying ourselves so much that we polished off everything between the two of us.

I accidentally received the first sweet grandma in 2024! Potato and sweet potato flavor! This restaurant is opened by a Korean. When I came here, I happened to meet a friend who was having dinner. He said that this restaurant is more delicious than the grilled seafood in Ktown, so let me try it quickly!I ordered the combo for two, and started with the sweet and sour shrimp cold noodles. It was more appetizing to eat in two small bites. The vegetable pancake was soft and salty, very, very delicious but a little oily. Duangduangduang's egg custard is really heavily seasoned and tastes very solid. I don't know how many eggs are in a small bowl?Next, a super rich seafood platter was served. Grilled abalone ranks No. 1 in my heart. I also love scallops and mussels. Like it! However, because it is grilled seafood, it is relatively light, and I feel like I am not full. This set meal comes with two flavors of rice cake soup. I prefer the spicy one. It also has fish cakes and scallops. I can eat a little rice cake carbs. Feeling full! The small octopus and squid are also very good, probably mainly because they are relatively fresh and the meat is tender. The oysters are very fat and I am so excited to eat them The waiter was busy helping us grill the food throughout the whole process. He was really nice and even gave us a small piece of eel to try. Let me tell you, this is the grilled eel with better meat quality that I have ever eaten. The grilled eel meat is a little chewy and slightly salty, and it tastes great when dipped in sauce. Next time I come, I will order a large "formal dish" of!Finally, there is a bowl of vegetable noodles to finish off, which is the highlight of the whole dinner. The boy told us that the previous ones were all snacks, and the last bowl of noodles is the meal. Ok Fine, after eating this small bowl of thin vegetable noodles, I really feel warm and full!

I didn't know there was a Charcoal grill seafood place opened here and originally here was the Chinese bbq. The seafood they have here was very fresh and tasty! We order the set menu only for $115 I think it enough for 2-3 people! The service is pretty nice! The owner helped us cook the seafood and you have to be very cautious cu it's very hot! The environment is clean but you have to take a deep shower after you eat this! Otherwise you will smell like Charcoal!Overall have this place 9.5/10 it a must try place in Monterey park

Randomly decided to eat here one night and glad we did! My family and I absolutely enjoyed it. We ordered one of the combos, couldn’t remember which one, but all 5 of us were definitely full at the end!Food - it was so interesting and so fun watching it all get cooked. The seafood tasted fresh. The sides were really good. And the noodles were enjoyed. The sauces could be tastier but they worked. The Thai girl in me wanted Thai spicy seafood sauce with all this seafood but it was fine, I’ll bring some next time. The corn cheese was delicious! We ordered a 2nd one. The eel was very interesting, not bad at all, but I like it better on sushi. My family would absolutely go back and eat here again!Service - amazing! The gentleman who was there, he was the only one, was so attentive and so wonderful. He cooked everything and helped check in to make sure things were done or cooked right and explained everything so well. Made our dining experience fantastic.Parking - we got lucky and got a space right out front. Free street parking. Not sure if there’s anything else nearby but luckily we didn’t have to look far.

This Korean BBQ seafood restaurant is an absolute gem! The seafood is fresh and delicious, and the ambiance is clean and inviting. I particularly enjoyed the grilled shrimp and eel, which were cooked to perfection. The service was impeccable, adding to the overall dining experience. I highly recommend it to all seafood lovers! Five-star rating without hesitation!

I took my out-of-town guest to this place because I wanted to show them some different Korean food that they could not get in the Bay Area. I decided to take them to try Korean seafood BBQ. I have always gone to Jae Bu Do in Koreatown but I don't want my friends to have trouble finding parking in K-town which is notoriously hard to park. So I decided to take them to the Clam House in Monterey Park since I assume it's easier to park there. It's the same type of food with good reviews on Yelp.We visited here on a Thursday and there was no wait. Of course, parking was not a problem. We all found street parking. My friends arrived before I did and secured a table. The first thing they noticed was that the menu was very simple. There were only four options. We inquired about the option suitable for a party of four and we went with Combo C.The dinner began with a shrimp seafood salad, which, honestly, wasn't that exciting but probably the only greens you are going to get for the meal. Then the seafood grilling started. All the seafood was really fresh. My friends were all amazed that the abalone were literally turning around when the server placed them on the grill. Everyone took out the camera to capture the moment. We really enjoyed all the clams, scallops, squid, eel etc. The meal also provided sides like steamed egg, corn with cheese and kimchi pancakes which were all quite good. The two different types of soups cooking on the side were good too. Towards the end, we had giant oysters, which only one of us enjoyed, as the rest of us were not really oyster eaters. The meal ended with noodles followed by half a potato and a sweet potato. They were there to really fill you up if you were still hungry at that point.Overall, all the seafood was fresh and the server was pretty much cooking everything for us. The server was very nice, and my friends suggested they open a branch in the Bay Area since they enjoyed the meal so much. My friends definitely want to come back the next time they are in town. I would recommend anyone who wants to experience Korean seafood BBQ in the SGV area to give this place a try.

It’s a restaurant that feels completely different. Korean food doesn’t look like Korean food, and Chinese food doesn’t look like Chinese food…especially the spicy cabbage, haha, it feels like inedible food, and there’s no live octopus… Anyway, just don’t go there again…
