It’s not often someone in customer service goes above and beyond to make you feel like they care. The man working today went out of his way to package my item with such care, and was so considerate and helpful!

Location is right away very sketchy and UPS provides inaccurate photos of the location and staff. Already a Red Flag as they aren't clear on where the location is.
Location entrance is actually around the corner towards the right of the 201 address number and down the street a couple of doors down on the left side. Look for big UPS brown letters and enter through a glass door. There you can request assistance where the counter is.
Overall its a sketchy place, parking was easy to find around this time of day, and staff is actually pretty kind and fast. My reason for two stars is for how dirty and messy the place is, how distracted the staff are, and no signage to find the entrance easily. If possible avoid this location as I overheard and saw paper written signs that hints that this place is a constant target for robberies.
As a bonus the staff here speak Chinese / Korean / English.

This store is extremely messy I went there yesterday with 2 packages for return one was an pc aio cooler another was an nvmw drive in a small package if it wasnt fragile the clerk the asian dude handled my package very poorly

This was a very unpleasant encounter with this Asian people and they didn’t know I understood the language. Making a degrading comment towards another race is wrong. I went in for Amazon drop off the lady said a very awful word today’s me and the guy Francis fake name screamed and pushed my Amazon
Package. Like throwing it, I was soo pissed off at him. Started screaming at me for nothing and I didn’t like this and how I was treated as a Veteran no one should act this way towards another no matter where you are from. The negativity words towards another was not nice and other white lady was taking his side. For me this store should be closed down. I have written a length letter to UPS customer service.

Only been here once to return a package; the lady at the front was nice to me but this is the most disorganized and messiest store I’ve ever been to.
I don’t think they even know which packages are which. Something that corporate needs to be aware of

This UPS location is looking up. They provided me with a free confirmation printout. I believe they charged 25 cents per printout in the past.
Tried to drop off a package 1 he before closing. They said the UPS truck took the last batch already so cannot take anymore packages. And we’re supposed to know exactly when that happens everyday?….too unpredictable.

Ok I will prob write quite a lot. So get ready!!! I came to store after using the UPS APP to ship a package because I accidentally voided a shipment. So I went to see if we could fix the issue to have it unvoided. And still sent out While yes I created a mistake myself…. The least the place could have done is kindly tell me what I could do. But instead when I asked if I could get a refund an employee made a remark “no we don’t do refunds here, don’t tell us your refund story, idk but we don’t do that here” I was wth??? like my gosh? I’m a customer coming to ups and I could have got angry and lashed out at the employees but I stood quiet. It is the WORST experience I’ve ever had at ups and have been shipping at this location for quite some time.
I saw the bad reviews but always gave it a chance. If you are just dropping off a package with no mistakes or errors and just getting a receipt for drop off.. then it’s fine to do that here But if you need help with actually shipping packages… I don’t think the staff will be helpful at all but rather judgmental. My shipment was originally 32$ for Los Angeles to WA.
So I was like ok what’s the estimated time ship again from here and the employee weighted it and was like “50$ or so” I’m like what!!!!??? So expensive…so I downloaded the usps app and got estimates. Only 18-23$ for the same shipment. So never again will I ever use UPS. Because all of this was unacceptable. The pricing ,the employees… The shipping service is usually fine. And I’ve always used ups for heavy fragile items but it isn’t worth it anymore when the United States postal service can do it cheaper Quicker and employees are a little nicer.
All in all I think it’s because this place is such a small location with a lot of packages that fill up this very small location. It’s TOO much I feel for the employees. Maybe it’s overwhelming for the employees. I do not know.
Again for dropping off packages already prepaid and just getting ur receipt it’s fine. But even then there’s SO MANY packages I’d feel nervous about them loosing it. But for actual shipping… idk I had my first and final bad experience. I’m going elsewhere. Otherwise if I do have to use ups I will use a different location for drop offs. I’m going back to usps especially with this economy. If I could get a full refund for my experience and still have my shipment delivered.
That would make it up for this bad experience but I’m never going here again. Ship here at your own risk. I last Dropped off another package here 1 week ago and thankfully it did get to the destination on time just today how it was supposed to. But when I needed assistance. On how to UN void a shipment or get a refund or something No help. I’ve tried the website too over the app.
And couldn’t even find a real valid service number to speak to a real representative…. I called the number on the website and said this number is not available. Which is scary because it feels that shipping with ups is automated and in that case you CANNOT make mistakes such as unvoiding/wrong address. You got to get it right the first time because once it’s sent out that’s it. That’s what the lady told me “what I can do. Is send out this package but from there on what happens at the hub isn’t our business” but it surprised me when the employees acted like this area was NOT a ups official store but just a drop off location…. Which is NUTS that’s why I chose this location because it’s direct and has UPS on the building.
But all In all bad service. Experience. Too many packages. Basically it is a HIGH Volume LOW space store. I just saw another review with a picture showing just how full it gets. It’s so full…. That every part of the small store is packed to the top. Sorry for my long essay. But I summarized it all here.

Do not bring your Amazon returns here or any store's no-box-needed returns. There've been three times that part of my returns were not returned to Amazon (ie. returned 2 items but only one was received by Amazon). I've gotten emails from Amazon telling me to return the items or they would charge me again.
It's either because of their messy store or that there's someone working there who took my return items for themselves. Also, the old man working there is rude.

There are sometimes lines of folks with very tedious and involved returns or making international shipments. The staff themselves are always quick, though.
