I get my prescription here. I have everything ready and I'm usually in and out within 5-10 minutes. Solid service as I see them help elderly patients and non English speaking patients patiently. The actual store is decent. Not a fan of of the line goes into an isle though

Worse freaking Walgreens ever. I tried to give it another chance, but this place completely sucks and has the worst service ever. I would leave zero stars if I could.

My go to location for prescriptions. I first came to Walgreens to get my second Covid vaccine over a year ago and made reservations online since they have free parking and the location is close to home. My appointment was on time and I didn't have to wait long to get checked in. The pharmacists there are very nice from the times I've visited. I appreciate them sending me SMS reminders when I have a prescription ready for pick up or if there's going to be a delay. Picking up my medication is quick and easy. As a returning customer, they saved my primary card on file to quickly pay for medication I need. I also used to come to this Walgreens to pick up DVD rentals from RedBox when that was still a thing.

I have been coming to this Walgreens location in Monterey Park for many years. I came buy medicine,photos,sweets and much more. One thing I like is the deals they have pretty good. I always shop different Walgreens in different area.

Pharmacy was supposed to reopen at 2pm it's 208 and still waiting....Its gets better, I came for a COVID vaccine and they told me they were all cancelled for today. I told the counter person I made the appointment a week ago and received no notification. She said she called this morning and "spoke to someone". I pointed out I received no call and it was my cell phone so she could not have spoken to anyone but me. Caught in a lie she had no response. Avoid this place, if they are that disorganized I wouldn't trust them to give me a cough drop less a vaccine.

Today Saturday at approximately 5 pm I pressed the button for assistance in the first-aid section. I heard the voice in the loud speaker request customer assistance was needed. After the 3rd announcement I notice a young woman pass by at a distance a couple of times. She finally started walking towards us without a care in the world and instead of greeting us she asked what I needed. Rude and appears she doesn't like working there. Poor customer service skills.

I just had to do another review on this place. EVERY TIME I NEED HELP THE MANAGER DUC... goes over and beyond to help me find what I need and never complains how busy they are. Its been a while since i went there and they still have great customer service from MANAGER to register .. Thank you Walgreens happy customer

Per CDC, COVID-19 vaccination is recommended for everyone ages 6 months and older in the United States for the prevention of COVID-19. Why even schedule when you don't even have it for infants and 4 year old. The pharmacist says they don't offer it for children 3 years old. What conflicting information

Very poor and rude customer service. The shift lead on duty was not helpful or even seemed like she wanted to be there. The store manager needs to address this kind of behavior immediately. The cashier wasn't very helpful either. I didn't get there names but hope this gets addressed

This location needs to train their supervisors on better customer service. I had a return and Monica assisted me and was very rude and poor energy would not even make eye contact with me. If that's the type of supervisor that is left to run a business I'm sure this location is struggling with sales.

This is the second time I ordered Christmas cards, photo etc from this Walgreen. I placed my order during the day. The order was supposed to be for same day pick up. When I ordered the cards online, it said they would be ready at 4:50 pm. I went to yoga and came back to pick up my order at the store at 8:10pm, but my cards are still not ready. They told me that they were busy to prepare my order that I had to wait 20 more minutes of my time to have my order. As I wait here, I can say that this is the last time I order something from this place. I do not want to know and I don't care if you guys don't have time to make my order. The right customer service will just apologize and period. Customer are not supposed to try to understand what goes wrong In the store. If you can not meet the need, you guys have to get more employees so there is not just one person doing everything in the store. Also, you have to teach the employees to be better customer service. If you guys don't meet the need, then take away the same day pick up option. Don't tell me it is going to be ready at one time if it will not be ready on time. After 20 minutes passed, I had to wait until Edendida, her name, finished with the line of people that came to the store after i arrived.
