Worst customer service ever, lady so rude and the place is very disorganise just seeing the medication all over the place make me feel worry. so I call they told me I have three medication and when I arrive she said she only found one and when I ask her check on her computer to verify she me to call my doctor not even bother try to clarify clearly so be very careful at this place with the medication they give you or you love one especially some one who sick I the last thing I want is to take mediation from a pharmacy that I am not sure is the one prescribe by my doctor.

This business really needs to be improved. Called three times, on hold for a long time. Refiled without notice. charged over $1700 to the insurance for the med never got :( Hopefully get it fix soon.

My coworker recommended Yan Yan Pharmacy for my new medications, the lady at the counter explained how, when to take the med. She even put both English and Chinese on the vials so all family members can understand what each vial is for. I feel very comfortable with them, this will be my pharmacy for a long time.

First time having my prescription filled at Yan Yan pharmacy 1. No wait2. Friendly staff3. They speak Chinese and give very thorough explanations on how to take med(even print med. taking instructions in Chinese in case I forget what's been said)

It was very easy to transfer a prescription to this pharmacy and get it filled quickly. The pharmacist (Frances) was very helpful and answered all of my questions.

Terrible service, took forever to find medicine. Even called in an hour earlier, got there, and had to wait another 40 minutes to get my medicine because they misplaced it.

I've been getting meds here since I was a child but haven't gone back for awhile. I came back yesterday because it was convenient at that time. I picked up medications and the fat woman asked me to pay $3 for three pills of laxative. On papers, it clearly says "patient pay 0" but her reasoning was "insurance only gave us 20cents and it's not enough".

Avoid this filthy pharmacy at all costs. The staff is very condescending and the place is a mess. I waited 3 hours to be notified that the medicine I needed was "out of stock." The server refused to tell me when the medicine would be back in stock. Take your money and insurance to CVS instead of this place.

I've been a customer of Yan Yan for a little over 11 years. I've had great service, home delivery, friendly personnel, even delivery within an hour. This Memorial weekend, Friday, I called to place a re-fill for Test Strips. I got a call from Frances/owner asking me if I had enough Insulin, I had no idea I was completely out and didn't have any more re-fills. Long story short, she made a few calls and made sure I was covered. Who else watches their customers like this?! THANK YOU SO MUCH

Ahhh Yan Yan Pharmacy.... I've been going to this place since I moved here in 2008. These people who work here can be either really nice or just mean. But when you come here, just expect it to be poor service and average. You'll get your prescription and you'll get what you need. No frills or anything like that. Also if you speak Cantonese, its a plus. Overall, meh place to go. I think there are better places to go than Yan Yan Pharmacy but for me, I continue to go here because its super close to where I live and it gets the job done.
