Quick in and out. Changed purses so I didn't have my aaa card on me but it was no problem. They looked me up in the system and viola! I got my tags. So glad I didnt have to go back home to get my card.

5 stars for my visit yesterday at the Monterey office! Isaac Alvarez was more than helpful! I came in with so many questions about my insurance renewal and other questions and he was professional and very kind! Deserves a raise!
