Take your business elsewhere. Terrible customer service, shipped me a broken part and refused to give a full refund even though their policy states they would. They claimed that manufacturer stated the part was not defective. You can decide for your self.

Reached out to these guys a couple months ago. They promised to stomp all over an existing quote I had for a body kit. Not only did they take days to get back to me, it wasn't a stomp, it was a tap dance. They didn't come within $100 of my price quote!Thanks to Octane Mostorsports. Much better price, much better service and zero BS. All the things Andy promised, but didn't deliver. If you can't keep your word, close your doors, because your reputation and BBB rating are all garbage. I now see why Octane has an A rating.

Placed an order on April 4th. Received a order confirmation the same day. On April 5th I received an email stating that my order would ship on April 13th. On April 14th I inquired about the status of my order and was told they would get in touch with the vendor and get back to me. On the April 17th I contacted them again because I had not heard back and was basically told they haven't heard from the vendor. Again on the 18th same thing. I'm wondering how they placed an order with a vendor they can't get in touch with now that they have my money. Supposedly they were able to contact the vendor to place my order?? Now they can't, they must think I'm an idiot. I contacted them again on April 19th and now they are telling me they can't refund my money or cancel the order until they are able to get in touch with the vendor. I didn't place my order with this make believe vendor, I placed it with Andy's. Basically ripped me off. Completely stole my money. I will be filing with the BBB and contacting my attorney. Instead of just refunding my $470 they will be paying lawyer fees as well. DO NOT ORDER FROM ANDY'S AUTO SPORT unless you want give them your money.

I ordered a set of pro car seat brackets for my '83 Nissan Sentra. They were horrible. The bolt holes didn't line up all the way. When I tried to tweak them the welds broke. I figured I'd still try to use them but they were so poorly engineered it made the seat too high. When I contacted Andy's they didn't even blink and sent me a refund right away, no questions asked. Every email I sent was responded too within a day with true caring and concern. Thanks Andy's auto sport. I will be using you again!'83 Nissan Sentra wagon

Bought a Coast to Coast ProEFX Steel Roll Pan with License Plate (Rear) (EFXRP20) and they sent me the wrong one. Fits way too small and I thought I couldn’t return it because I cut into it to make it fit but i apparently don’t have a profile even though I have all shipping emails. Very dissatisfied. Don’t bother buying here.

Most unhelpful customer support, I ordered aftermarket fenders that didn't fit my car at all. Their response was sending a generic video explaining modifications you may have to make and completely disregarding the pictures I sent that clearly showed it wasn't the right fit, beyond a modification or "professional help". I asked if its possible to bend the fender and again i got a generic response of a video and their policy. I am not able to return it due to me drilling holes while trying to put it on assuming it would fit somewhat. They are unwilling to give advice or help me get my money back for a product that is clearly flawed. I will not be buying from them again and am extremely disappointed in their costumer service and product quality. Satisfaction guaranteed unless they decide it's not.

Ordered a carbon fiber hood for my 2005 350z and it came with a lot of scratches. I didn’t want to send it back because I figured I could just buff/wax them out. The bolts they drilled into the hood didn’t align with my brackets. I had to make a custom cut around the latch to even get the hood to close securely. The right side of the hood sticks out higher than the left side. I’d figured if I went with the higher end route, I wouldn’t need to do all this extra work. In my opinion go with the cheaper option since overpaying doesn’t get you what you want anyways. Now I see why these guys get a 3.1 out of 5 on their reviews.

Ordered a carbon fibre hood as well a carbon fibre trunk for my Infiniti G35 coupe. Prices were the most reasonable throughout my scouring of the Internet. Check out was easy no hidden fees, showed my part prices, shipping and duty fees. Within two days of ordering they sent me a shipping confirmation email. Shipping was one week from ordering. Once the items were shipped they provided me with a shipping tracking number which was through YRC shipping. With that information provided I was able to track and see each and every trailer, shipping facility as well once it hit the Buffalo border crossing into Canada. The YRC shipping service called me to schedule a delivery date. I am located in Toronto Ontario, Canada and from the date of ordering to the date of delivering to my front doorstep was three weeks. Couldn’t believe how fast the products arrived and they were very well packaged. Thank you again for the great service and the great communication. Not once was I left in the dark of my products.

Man, where to start. First off they do not inform you if a product is on back order but instead let you order it, spend your money and then you have to reach out to them to find out what is going on. Secondly the product delivered was in such a rough state. I understand blemishes but the sheer quality of the bumpers was so rough most bodyshops I went to quoted me MORE than the bumpers cost!! When I reached out to the customer support one of the first things they tell me is that "you don't realize how much it costs to return" Eventually the support person I was talking to just STOPPED RESPONDING, I don't know what that was about but horrible horrible experience. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Bought some fenders from these guys. They arrived in a decent time frame. The box they came in was not damaged in any way. However once I opened them I saw that both fenders were crunched up and one of the points that butts up to the headlight. Emailed them pictures of the damage as well as pictures showing that they were still factory packaged and after several weeks they finally said "here's a link to write a review for the manufacturer". So if anyone wants a set of f1 style fenders for the $400 they charged me that I cant use I got you.

After a little confusion Pablo sent me an email to verify what I wanted. They went the extra mile and got the item I wanted and I received it 4 days later. Web response gets 3 stars , customer service gets 5 stars.
