Sat in the chair for almost 20 minutes waiting to get serviced after I called yet two women who barely came in got started on just 5 minutes after they came. Atrocious service do not come here

I have come here quite a few times and tip generously.
They Usually are late for appointments, but I called 2 days ago for a 2 o'clock appointment and it is 4 p.m.and I'm still waiting. People are being taken before me. I guess because I've been good natured about it before that that's being taken advantage of... sketch.
It's worth it for a nicer salon and better care.
My pedicure was rough and barely any massage.

I called to see if they had time to do a refill with gel polish and they did my nails in about 35 minutes and the lady did a fantastic job! So happy with the shape and color and the glitter heart she added too! 🩷🤍

I just had the worst experience of my life here. My normal nail tech, John is on vacation so I was fine with having someone else do my nails. I showed the nail tech the yellow design I wanted and she said she knew how to do them. After messing up several times on my nails, I finally had her just do one clear coat and called it a day. Sucks because I am headed on vacation tomorrow and had I known the techs there aren’t experienced, I would have went somewhere else.$75 wasted and I am not happy.

I mentioned three times that several of my nails were crooked throughout shaping. She filed them slightly to "fix" them. Honestly, it wasn't that big of a problem except she told me I was wrong and that my finger was crooked. When I asked several other people in the salon they told me that the nails were definitely crooked, but it just wasn't that noticeable. I tried showing her my nails from different angles so she could see it wasn't my finger but she was over it and did not seem like she wanted to put in the effort to fix the crooked nails. After the third time asking and her telling me no I gave up because it was just too awkward. I still gave a nice tip because the design was exactly what I asked for!! If there is a next time, I will probably ask for Susie because her nails looked great. My nail tech also filed my cuticles and the polish pools a little bit on the cuticle where it needs to nail bed after two days they still look nice, but are starting to grow out. The vibe of the nail salon was chill, but very busy on a Friday.

I've gone here twice now & the first time was for a acryllic nail fix & color change where I was told my nails were "too long" Except I looked through other reviews and saw they weren't much longer than some of the other sets pictured. They did a good job minus complaining about the length like I wasn't paying for them. Two months later, I went back to have a full set removed & asked for a clear manicure. What a terrible experience. My nails weren't properly cut, filed, or dried. I will not be coming back here or referring anyone. You are better off looking for another place

I've been going to this Nail Salon on and off sometimes it's good sometimes it's an absolute disaster/disappointment. When you tell a manicurist what you want in plan ENGLISH and they nod yes you than should feel assured and comfortable in knowing what your getting. Now when the manicurist starts with what you want then proceeds to upgrade a service without your knowledge is unacceptable and fraud! What's worse is when all the manicurist look at you and speak in language no one in the room understands except them..That is disgusting and not a business that anyone should have to except... NEVER AGAIN!!!

Got a pedicure with acrylic big toe , full set medium length nails with gel for both and only paid $90 + $10 tip . These are beautiful , the customer service is amazing. Definitely go here all the time and always have a great experience. Thank you !
