This store is the worst I know. I brought my cell phone to fix a problem with Apple Pay and GPS. They updated my cell phone and at the end of the update my cell phone was completely useless.

I’d like to say thank you to the genius that helped me at the Genius Bar yesterday. Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name but my Case ID ended in 0554She taught me about resetting the SMC on my laptop and now when it faults on startup I can do that to keep it going. I’m very grateful and would like to pass along this feedback I unfortunately didn’t catch her name at the beginning of the appt and I was kind of sour the entire time, but only because I was sad to think I was saying goodbye to this computer ? at least now I’ll have a few more days with it ?And I also had an awesome demo of the new Vision Pros. I was truly moved while sitting in the middle of a (loud and fun) Apple Store. The demo guy was great and the product is killer

Not that helpful. Claimed they had spotty Wi-Fi so couldn't do data transfer between old phone and new phone. It's their job to set up new phones. Sales associate didn't seem to want to help - urging us to do it ourselves at home. Either lying to bet out of doing anything or they need to fix their wi-fi. Trash.

I purchased a phone on November 24th, 2023 when you guys were having a promotion. The promotion was if you bought a phone, you’d receive a gift card for $75. I was there for a weekend getaway. I came back home and realized no physical gift card was included, only the gift card number on the receipt. I thought that was weird, so I called the store and the guy I spoke with said it was okay and that as long as I had that number I would be fine. Yesterday, I went to an apple store in Pleasanton, CA near where I live and was planning on using that gift card for some accessories. When she tried to use it, it didn’t work because there was no pin and I told her what the worker told me. She had me call apple support while I was at the store so they can get me a pin. I spent over an hour on the phone, just for the “supervisor” to say I need to drive all the way back to get the gift Card. This was one of the worst experiences I had ever had. It is not my fault the worker did not give me a physical card that day, and then being told I was fine with what I had and had nothing to worry about. I am not going to drive an hour and a half for a gift card that should’ve been given to me correctly. I asked if they can just send me an e-gift card because it’s very unfortunate and your guys fault, and was told no that it’s not something they can do because the store and online are different. Horrible experience.

I visited the Apple Store today with my 88 year old friend JoAnn Banner, who had made an appointment. Upon arrival, they did not have our appointment in the books however, after waiting a short time, Brian approached us and tried to help us before a Mac specialist could join us. Brian was so helpful and patient and exceeded our expectations. We are so thankful for his great customer service!!

I had a rather unfortunate experience at the San Francisco Apple store, prompting my visit to Monterrey in search of superior assistance. I must acknowledge that they not only met but exceeded my expectations. Gina's diligent and persistent efforts were instrumental in finding a solution and successfully repairing my phone with a reasonable deductible. I am sincerely grateful for her exceptional assistance. It is evident that the establishment would greatly benefit from employing more individuals of Gina's caliber.

I visited the store on Sunday to get my telephone diagnosed, but they were too busy to handle a walk in. However they were very apologetic and I had an appointment the next day. I was taken care immediately by Charles, super nice person, very professional, and was highly efficient individual, going through the steps of what they needed to do. I highly recommend the high level of service i received and also observed other customers there getting the same high level of service from the other staff members. I actually noticed an employee who is still there, who I believe started when they opened the store in 2008. That should tell you what a great work environment they have. Once again thank you Charles for your exceptional service and kindness.

Even when you know what you want to buy, you have to wait for someone to be able to help you. When you're not quite sure, you still have to wait and they don't really encourage you to look around the store to get an idea.

This review is for both the making of appointments at the genius bar online and for the apple store. After trying to figure out why my Safari was running so slow, went to the store to have my mac looked at and the nice man at the front said that there would be a 2 hour wait without an appointment, and that I should make an appointment. He gave me a number 1-800myapple. Got home and called the number, but it's not a number to make an appointment, it's the main service number for Apple. Went online and you can't make an appointment there either- only call or chat. So did a chat for 20 minutes only to have them tell me I had to call. So I called and waited 20 minutes, spent 10 minutes indicating what my issue was, only to have the nice lady tell me that this was the line for iPhones, not macs and that shed have to transfer me and I'd have to wait another 20 minutes for a mac person. I said all I really wanted was an appointment at the genius bar and she said she could do that. So I made an appointment. Went in this AM and sat for 30 mins waiting for my appointment only to have another nice lady tell me that the appointment that was made was for an iPhone and not a mac and that they wouldn't be able to see me until the afternoon. You can have lots of nice people working for you, but if your systems suck, your customer service sucks. I even have AppleCare on my mac. For what? Very poor performance from a company that you'd expect would be better

Bad experience. Bought several items from this store. There are some nice employees some not especially the older ones. Waited at least 10 minutes, skipped by this one guy who just walked in. Feeling like you get more help if you are buying more expensive things thats when they’ll pay more attention to you. I was passed to this older lady who was helping another customer. No Hi! nothing from her, she just started ringing up what i was trying to buy and printed my receipt, no “thank you or have a great day” from her. Lacking some customer service skills.

So unprofessional I came in for a repair and both times the two different people who helped me were so condescending and unorganized. I came in Saturday and they told me it would take and hour and a half to fix my phone then the wait time came back and it was three and a half hours I had things to do that afternoon so the lady told me to come in right when they open Sunday at 11:00 and that she was unable to make me an appointment but just to tell the person I talked to that Sunday that it was a drop off . Come Sunday I came in at 11:00 and a different woman checked me in but she said they had an appointment for me at 12:15 but I HAD MADE NO APPOINTMENT AND THE WOMAN FROM YESTERDAY SPECIFICALLY TOLD ME SHE DIDN’T MAKE ONE. Anyways the woman would not take my phone even though I had been told to bring it at that time and now I have to come back the next weekend because I literally don’t have time during the week and they wasted my time and my gas and need to be reprimanded and get more organized so this doesn’t happen again.
