This store closes at a random time each day for lunch. The only way to know is by driving there just to find a handwritten sign in the window indicating what time the store will reopen. It’s very inconvenient for customers, a business should have set hours so customers aren’t guessing what time they can go in and get helped.

Nick at this store is a lifesaver. I walked in a bit stressed out, seriously needing to get a new iPhone, and i left happy with new iPhone in hand after some deliberations about what to buy and trying to make my broken old XS turn back on (it never did RIP old iPhone). It had totally died from water damage or something and was stuck in a reboot loop. Nick was extremely helpful and kind as I was trying to get my sh*t together to get a new iPhone. Outstanding.

I went in yesterday for a phone upgrade and had the absolute joy of working with Nick. He was super knowledgeable, helpful with trouble shooting the quirks of my phone, and made the time breeze by with his delightful personality as we waited for my phone info to transfer. This location is great to get in and out without having to wait for a line of customers ahead of you. I’ve been putting this off for months but it ended up being a great experience! Will definitely come back to this location for all future acct needs!

Today my boyfriend and I went in to bundle or home internet with both of our phone lines and I just need to gush about Nick!! He was extremely helpful and SO PATIENT. He made us laugh and was seriously a pleasure to work with! It didn’t feel like we were doing business it felt like I was having lunch with a very good friend. Seriously an amazing person! Thank you Nick!!!!

I walked up to the door at the same time that Samantha was posting the "Out to lunch" sign. She saw the disappointment on my face and immediately opened the door and asked how she could help. She then invited me in and spent the next hour transferring all of my data from my (very old) iPhone to my new Google Pixel. Samantha is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and had a great attitude throughout the whole process (even though she postponed her lunch). Honestly could not ask for better customer service. Me and my family went around town in circles trying to find a AT&T that was helpful and we finally found it here Jason was so helpful and when we came in to upgrade just my phone, we ended up walking out with three brand, new phones, and chargers we got cases and screen protectors. we thought we were going to end the day with no new phones but because of Jason we walked out with great deals and brand new phones.

Mario was great and took care of the issue that I had fast, effectively, and efficiently. He even caught an error on my bill and saved me some money. Highly recommend to come to this location for any services that may be needed.
