Came to the store waited 30 minutes was checked in. Nobody was available to assist me with my problem. I asked for a manager they were on a break and then they continually to switch out the person at the door who checks people in but there was never anybody to help a person. .But there is always somebody at the door to hold a computer and check you in and then they just continually go on a break between the four employeesAbsolutely worst customer service. It’s a miracle AT&T is still in business.All four employees took a break while I was there, and nobody helped any of the people waiting.

I came into ask if I could get service at my address and what were the going rates. The lady scanned my ID and started trying to run a credit check without telling me and when i confronted her about it she tried to lie to me. This place is scummy avoid at all cost.

This store is a joke. Steer clear. They don't have properly trained employees who have the ability to offer service assistance. Manager is well let's just say he'd better keep this job, he's not management material for a company that would actually care about customer service.

Two visits recently to this location -- and can only give the highest praise. Worked with Juan, who was extremely knowledgable and personable. He made both visits efficient and pleasant. The location manager is also terrific -- very oriented toward customer experience.Also appreciate the scope of option that were presented, never as pressure, but simply as general knowledge.Many thanks to this great team, and Happy Holidays!

At&t store has the worse customer service. and the reps doesn't hide it. so if you walk in to buy an accessory for instance they will take care of you right away. i mean you dont need to be placed in the cue and wait. BUT if you do a return the reps will surely make you wait. its like a punishment coz you are returning a product. and i know the reason.. when a rep sells you an accessory they get a commission and of course when you return it they get a charge back. so they make you suffer because they are getting a charge back on their commission.. so lesson learned.. dont buy accessories from at&t stores..

Sand City AT&T made a mistake on my order and gave me wrong information, and they showed no care or attempt to fix anything after a few visits. I was on the edge to switch to Verizon.Felt the energy difference as soon as I stepped into this store. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Particularly, not only did Bryan help fix the mistake that others made efficiently, he also went above and beyond to take care of all the future issues.I have been an AT&T customer for over a decade, moved around different states and countries. This is THE BEST AT&T store I have ever been. Bryan is definitely one of the most helpful and passionate staff I have ran into. If Google allowed me to give a 6-star here, I would have.

I would like to give a shout out to Alexis. He helped me get an Apple Watch Ultra 2. I came into the store super excited to get one, but the set up was held up because my phone was two updates behind. I was really frustrated, but he put me at ease and waited with me while my phone went through two OS updates. He was very conversational and helped me pass the time. I really appreciate that kind of effort and attention.

The agent who assisted me was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this agent as well as this location to friends and family. I was offered information and allowed to choose with no pressure. I want to take extra time to thank the agent he was incredibly helpful and supportive.

Had a rough day at apple today trying to get a new phone. Walked across the street to see if AT&T could help us and that they did. Jose-Luis was quick to greet us and help us out. I was a stressed mess, thankfully he was able to solve all of our problems quickly and effectively. Thank you again for your help.
