Worst customer service. Needed a simple letter verifying my account. Manager wouldn't even talk to me. Was told they can't write letters and must do on line and it would take 7-10 days. In other words - don't bother me. I've been a customer since 1979!

Beyond any shadow of a doubt Bank of America has the worst customer service on the face of the planet! They do not care about you one bit. Do banking with them at your own risk guarantee they will leave you disappointed

The worst bank in the Universe. They closed all branches except one. They also keep telling me my payment is past due and it's not. When this is over, I'm closing my account forever. Covid is not an excuse to offer less service....

This bank is really really bad, to say the least. Not only does every bank teller completely avoid eye contact, but they just walk around doing nothing. They are very inconsiderate and incompetent when it comes to customer satisfaction, it's as if they hate their lives or jobs. This makes it increasingly difficult for any customer waiting in line. I am in a line of just 4 people and it's taking over a half hour for me to be helped. All because one bank teller is working while 3 others walk around in the background avoiding eye contact. People, please, bank with any other institution than this one. You will regret it.

This is the worst thing ever and especially if you have anything to do with any type of trust account runaway as fast as you can they are totally incompetent.

I need to commend this bank's employees for their service. A care taker for an older lady tried instigating a riot because the only teller was taking too long. The care taker went on and on about how they should bring in more people even after the teller told her the other teller was on lunch. Finally another teller (who they either had to pull from lunch, or telling was not this person's job) shows up. It a Friday after pay day and people are really expecting to spend less than 15 minutes at a bank? What a joke. Realize where you are people, this is a bank not McDonald's.

Worst bank ever, stand in line for 15 mins to cash $1000 check, and they tell me they don't have enough cash to give it to me. WTF!! This is the bank, if I have emergency need money right away. What is going to happen? Need to looking for new bank.FYI: I have Business Account with this bank.
