I was so lucky to meet this gentleman for roadside assistance! He arrived in just 15 minutes, worked very professionally, and quickly put on my spare tire. What impressed me most was that he went above and beyond—on a Sunday when no shops were open, he even reached out to his friends to help me find a new tire. Thanks to his kindness and extra effort, I was able to get my tire replaced first thing Monday morning and continue my trip without delay.
Truly can’t thank him enough—his kindness turned a stressful day into a safe and hopeful one.

Last week I had a blowout on my 25 ft travel trailer while driving through Seaside, CA. I am fairly competent in changing a tire, but on a 25 foot trailer you need a large floor jack. So I did a google search to find a local company. The first company quoted me $600.00. If anyone accepted this quote shame on you. To change a tire it should only cost about $150.00 max. I then saw Bomarito Roadside Services. This listing was local and not sponsored, so I call them. They picked up in 4 rings and said they would be there in 25 minutes. 10 minutes later Mark Bomarito arrived.
Mark was curt but to the point. He did not BS me or try jam me with a high price. $ 125.00 and was done in 30 minutes. My spare was extremely low so he pumped it up. If you want an honest person who will give you a fair price, call him. Don't call anyone who is sponsored or has an 800 number. They are brokers who call hard working people like Mark get a price from them and then try and charge you $ 600.00. He's a little rough around the edges, but he is honest and does good work.

Mark and his fur baby deserve a 10 star review! I was locked out of my car after loading stuff in the trunk. I googled and found out this service. They came by very quickly and unlocked my car professionally.

Mark (and his best friend and co-pilot Lola the chihuahua) helped us change a flat on a rental car on Saturday evening when no one else was available. Mark was prompt (20 minutes), organized, careful, and professional. He had all the needed tools, worked quickly and had a good sense of humor. He also had some good tips on where best to get the tire repaired. Really couldn't have asked for anything more. Mark is great.

We were stranded in Point Lobos after locking our keys in the truck. We called 2 other places before finally contacting Bomarito.
Mark was so reassuring and friendly on the phone and became our hero when he immediately said he was on his way.
He got our truck unlocked quickly, very fair price compared to others, had a great sense of humor, and a cutie little Lola dog with him.
Thank you, Mark, for helping us out so we could enjoy our hiking for the rest of the day with no worries!

We had a flat on the interstate. Took the first exit we could. We are from Illinois. They found us fast. Got us loaded on the truck & took us to a tire shop. He was friendly and helpful. He even gave us advice on the area. Overall, it was a great experience.

My boyfriend Antonio and I unfortunately got a flat on the 17 mile drive tour at sunset and Mark saved the day. He got to us in under 30 minutes and was so helpful. He even called later and told us about a tire shop to help us on a Sunday. We’re so grateful for him and the wonderful Lola (:

Stop reading reviews and just call Mark. Completely transparent/upfront about pricing, full of integrity, decades of experience, and just a lovely man to chat to–what more can you ask for. He made getting locked out of a car on a cold night ENJOYABLE. And you’ll get to meet Lola, the sweetest dog in all the land.

If you’re ever locked out of your car, call Mark right away without hesitation!!! My friend and I got locked out of our rental car right after sunset, panicking because it was getting dark and we were in an unfamiliar area.
But, Mark came to the rescue within 20 minutes and had the car unlocked after 5 minutes. Very reasonable rate, especially compared to the other roadside services we had called. So helpful, and one of the most kind-hearted individuals I’ve met!
Shoutout to Lola as well aka the cutest and sweetest roadside assistant!

Admittedly minor issue in my case, but I was pleased with the fast and effective service. He showed up not long after confirming he would help, took care of things in short order, and left with some advice on how to prevent future issues (which I promptly followed). I would call again, and I would recommend this service to a friend

This man was WONDERFUL. Best service we’ve had, funny guy who genuinely cares about you. Absolute no-brainer, would definitely call again. If I could give more than five stars, I would. He’s a take no crap kind of man, if you can’t handle that, call someone else. He will do the best he can to help you when you need it. We truly appreciated his service. Also, Lola, his sweet puppy co-pilot was ever enchanting and offered her own kind of advice. She has a big voice, she was wonderful too. :)

This was excellent service. We visited Monterey Bay and we could not start the car to return back home. We called and within 19 mins even though he said it might take 25 mins he was there. A nice chap too and cute dog Lola ? highly recommended.
