“My flight was canceled due to mechanical issues and the airline offered no same-day alternatives, which meant I had no choice but to trek up to SJC in order to be at work tomorrow. Bless Tammy!! She and Budget were my saving grace. Both the Hertz and Enterprise counter guys simply shrugged their shoulders and said they had nothing available without even checking their computers or showing an ounce of sympathy. But Tammy came to my rescue and was able to get me into a safe, reliable, clean car so quickly. She truly felt like a guardian angel. Thank you Tammy!!”

“Great experience, the fleet of cars is impeccable. Alex was so accommodating and helped out the process the entire way. Upon arriving, I was greeted by Aron and the team. Everyone was friendly and gave a nice run-down of how to operate the rented vehicle (highly recommend the convertible red mustang with white stripes).
