“I've done a lot of business with Carpets and Floors over the past 19 years. I've been a licensed contractor in California for over 25 yrs and I've worked with Dan Jones, the owner, and he has always been there for me. I've asked him many times to install flooring with little warning and within a very narrow time frame. I'm also very appreciative for Amanda's help with her expertise of the many flooring choices in there incredibe showroom. Thanks to all of you for your excellent work and commitment to the highest level of customer service. I forgot to thank Josh for his help distributing all the products back there in the warehouse.”

“We asked FCI to replace the old carpet on the second floor with new carpet and replace the old vinyl floor in the bathroom with luxury vinyl planks. Dan promised us that the work could start in three weeks, and he kept that promise. The installer team of two persons performed admirably and produced excellent workmanship in just one day. Floor was spot clean before new carpet was installed. Furniture was put back at the original places. Furthermore, the price was unbeatable. In summary, FCI gave us a flawless project. We strongly recommend Dan's FCI to prospective customers. Thank you from both of us.”

“I’ve used Carpet Caravan before, and when it was time to replace the carpet in my home again, there was no question that I would call them. The original flooring in my home was installed by Carpet Caravan about 20 years ago, and I’ve always been happy with their work. Jerry was wonderful from start to finish. He was friendly, kind, helpful, and made the whole process so easy. He came out, measured everything, helped take care of all the details, and made sure everything was ordered and ready to go. The installers, Manuel and Joseph, were also fantastic. They were friendly, professional, respectful, and did a great job installing the new carpet. I really appreciate the excellent service I received from Jerry, Manuel, and Joseph. It’s so nice to find a company that continues to provide great service after all these years. I highly recommend Carpet Caravan!”
