The manager Marily is sooo sweet & wonderful at her job! She’s working almost every time we go in, she always helps us find what we’re looking for & makes our shopping experience extra special. We will always go to this Claire’s because of her & her customer service!

I recently had a fantastic experience at Claire’s in Monterey, thanks to an associate named Marily. She was incredibly kind and welcoming to my one-year-old daughter, making us feel right at home.
Marily engaged with my daughter, showing her various accessories and helping her feel comfortable in the store. Shopping with a little one can be challenging, but Marily’s warmth and patience made it enjoyable.
I highly recommend visiting Claire’s, especially if you have young kids. Marily’s exceptional customer service truly stands out! Thank you for a lovely visit!

I’ve gotten my ears pierced here when I was a teen now my mini me got her ears pierced here too!! We came for a 2nd hole in her ears, Ella was great!! I hope that was her name!!

My grand daughters live near this mall.and this just happens to be their favorite "go to" store. I really was surprised to find something here for me, too. It was just before St Patrick's Day, and I I ended up buying 3 top hats for my magic act. The girls found plenty of items they wanted. They have everything a little girl, or maybe even big girls, would love. Adorable tiaras, sun glasses, earrings, soft animals, back packs, and the list goes on and on. The staffare very cordial. A fun store for sure.

Whent in last minute because my daughter wanted to get her ears pierced, even though they don't do last minute piercings the lady was nice enough to get us in and get her ears pierced. My daughter loved it!
