This company is very unprofessional and sloppy! The people in charge are unqualified for their position and cannot keep anything organized and running correctly! 95% of the reviews on this website are written by the owner or office staff! Do not trust this company!

Every individual I interacted with, office staff, estimator, and the guys doing the project were all extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again!

Renee was very informative and helpful. She set me up to have someone look and my driveway and give me options on repairing it. After approving the estimate the work was scheduled quickly and the job was completed in 1 day.

I had my asphalt driveway widened by coastal paving. It came out amazing! Michael came to do an estimate for me & was very thorough about answering allll my questions. Kelsey the PM was also great at following through with letting me know about the permit process & accommodating the exact date that I was looking for. The guys that came to do the job were all very friendly & knowledgeable Thanks again coastal!

I had a huge job that needed marking and Kelsey from Coastal Paving & Excavating came out and did an awesome job. Super friendly and knowledgeable, thorough but precise and quick. Highly recommend if you're in need.

I can't say enough good things about this company and the work they did for me. They provided final grading, base rock placement and compaction,, and asphalt paving on a 400' driveway. They also installed a new buried water line and power supply conduit and installed faucets along the entire driveway, installed a drop inlet and drainage culvert, and created some compacted DG pad areas.. They gave me a competitive bid for the work, and were responsive throughout the entire project. Each of their three different task crews were knowledgeable, and provided helpful input to refine and improve my project. They made sure the project site was cleaned up at the end of each day and at completion. (I will note that they are quite busy these days, as are most contractors, so it's best to plan your project well in advance and work with them on your schedule). But throughout the project, Michael and his team were fabulous to work with. I am totally pleased with the end results and recommend them very highly.

Had root damage to my parking lot that I needed fixed and saw aCoastal Paving truck so I called. They seemed very professional so I proceeded to set up an appointment. All went wonderfully! They came and did the job and fixed everything. The root damage exceeded approximately 4 parking spaces. It looks perfect now! Couldn't be more pleased!

As a experienced contractor I can say Coastal Paving is the Best paving and excavating company in Monterey County I’ve ever dealt with. Highly recommend to everyone!

We needed a concrete walkway redone for my grandmothers house. The men that came were professional and very helpful, they even helped move a few things for us. Great company and my grandma was very pleased with the work performed. She wanted me to thank everyone who helped!

Coastals professionalism is outstanding! Kelsea explained every step. The job was impeccable and I am extremely pleased. I must add that I went to their new office to drop off payment and I was so impressed. Everyone greeted me and was so sweet. Great experience from start to finish. Michael has a great thing goin!
