We've had our dogs there multiple times, for multiple nights stay. Always happy to walk in. Nobody ever comes home acting traumatized. You can walk in there and ask to be shown the place at random. I've done this. The staff that work there are nice. I've never had any issues. A++

Dropped the dogs off and went on a whale watch. No fuss we had our shot records with us. Friendly lady at the desk.
