“Exceptional customer service. I have a razr flip phone and broke the camera on the front as well as the glass, it needed to be replaced, the parts arrived on promise date and we arranged a day to come in and get the repairs completed. He explained the pricing and it was reasonable for me because I know these things are not cheap so the cost for this was very affordable. I love that we have a place like this, because the other option is going through insurance which I hate This experience was easy and I'm a happy customer. I would highly recommend this place.”

“Did not want the local Apple Store anywhere near my iPhone 13 mini after reading the horror story reviews about sketchy sales tactics and repairs (even in the neighboring county, weird!) so I got a recommendation for Matt's shop and am absolutely blown away by his expertise, experience and phenomenal job replacing my aging battery with a genuine battery from Apple (purchased from Apple's DIY store though Matt does furnish perfectly fine aftermarket batteries). He was very patient with me and let me sit in the store to update my iOS in order to complete the repair. Would HIGHLY recommend!”
