“Deborah and her dog Cinnamon were the best with customer service! We checked out this store on Saturday and I got my teenager a butterfly trainer then my toddler kept asking for a sword I never bought him so we came back on Sunday to get him the sword and a shield. 3 happy customers next time we’re in Monterey will definitely come back to the store. There is so much cool stuff that no other stores have!”

“I had issues transferring my number back to Verizon, and unfortunately had to come into the store multiple times to get the things resolved because I couldn't get help over the phone with Verizon. Mark, Edgar, and Cesar all helped with ordering a new phone, dealing with the transfer issues, and getting my phone number successfully ported over.
