Very happy with the service and rental car options. It was very helpful that I got a call about office being closed for lunch as I had booked pick up time as noon using the website. They also went above and beyond by offering us a discount on the rental with our insurance claim on our own car.

Nate was absolutely amazing!! I am SHOCKED that this business has only 2 stars!!! Chalk that up to people who are angry about things in their personal life that take it out on customer service reps. I'm in a customer-facing profession as well and have witnessed this type of petty behavior far too often. I'm sorry to go on a rant here, but Nate was so fantastic and easy to work with that I can draw no other conclusion than what i wrote above. I am dealing with a family emergency and needed my rental sooner than the time I had booked it for. When i booked online, I went with one of the cheaper options. They didn't have my car ready yet and wouldn't before the arranged pick up time but hearing my situation, Nate sprang into action and personally got a car sent over from another location and I managed to get to the hospital 2 hours away before I would normally have even been able to pick up the car. Nate is a true asset to Enterprise and a prime example of the type of person any company should want representing them to their customer base. Thank you for all you did Nate and you will be seeing me again soon as I will ONLY do my rental car business with Nate in Monterey

I will not go back to enterprise. The one on Del Monte was good never a problem. When I got the car the gas was stuck on the red part as if out of gas. The guy saw it and said I just need to gas it up. This didn't seem right but I went to the gas station and figured out that it was stuck. No instruction book in glove compartment I never did figure out how to turn on lights which felt dangerous in the rain. I had to ask a guy in a truck how to turn car on. It is a pushbutton. I had never used one before and no instruction book. The car also says it needs an oil change. Also haven't even changed the time so car read an hour later. Looks like they closed the wrong one. This one is very sloppy.

I agreed to pay for a rental car from the sfo airport for two days and dropped it off at this location on time on my return date. i then noticed i was charged $650 dollars on my cc (my total was only supposed to be ~$150). after months of back and forth with customer service being told they would "escalate my issue" i finally had to file a dispute to my cc company to get the $400+ back i was wrongfully charged for. this is robbery and i highly recommend using a different company

bad service never responded to our emergency talk to a employee who know we were stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire !!! tell they are going to talk to road side help and left me on hold them hung up on me and when i call back they never answer

Horrible customer service. Inept at their jobs. Slow. Frustrating. And if you for some reason you need to get a hold of anyone at the local branch... forget it. Speaking of, this is a franchise branch. There is little to none that the call center can help you with. Which means you need to contact this office, but they just send you to the call center. Frustrating.

This location is CLOSED and according to other rental locations has been closed for months. This page should be updated to note this and the Enterprise website should remove the option to make a reservation at this location.I made a reservation for last Friday at this location, called to schedule a pick up and not once was I told that this location was closed. Once I arrived, a note on the door said to call another Enterprise location for assistance. I ended up renting from a competitor.

I was treated horribly at this location. They were extremely rude and disrespectful. Racist and sexist. Definitely a boys club here. I absolutely do not recommend this company. Get around or other options are better.

I would leave 0 if I could. I made a reservation 10/15 - 10/26 just befor 3pm and was told I could pick it up at 430. I got there at 430 and they had closed up 30 min before closeing time at 5 PM with a sign on the door directing me to a different enterprise and never even gave me a call to let me know. Very disrespectful place use a different one and save yourself some trouble!
