This salon is beautiful and my stylist, Kaitlin was the best!. She listened, asked lots of questions so she'd give me exactly what I wanted. Showed me how my hair would look with just a wash and dry, and how it looks styled. Just a wonderful experience ❤️. Won't go anywhere else.

I don’t trust a lot of people with my hair but Bo is definitely one I trust. I had an amazing experience with her! She helped revive my long hair and did a phenomenal job with coloring it. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great quality experience! Whether you're just in need of a trim or a complete hair transformation, the staff here will take great care of you.

Got a great haircut from Bree! She didn't try to sell me any products or services (which I appreciate) but just got to work giving me a thoughtful cut. She took her time, and cut my hair in stages to see how my natural curls reacted. Couldn't be happier with the result!

Edit: The owner's response below should tell you all you need to know about her PETTY, passive aggressive attitude and refusal to acknowledge the irreparable damage her stylist did to my hair. Please note how she continues to gloss over photo evidence of the cut. "Best of luck" to you if you end up with an unfixable situation like mine by going to this salon and dealing with their high school attitude owner. I added a bonus photo of the back since Victoria wants to double down. You be the judge on whether Angie had the skills to do my hair. My stylist was Angie. This isn't an attack on her character or conduct. She was kind and calm. This is about the cut and the owner, Victoria. I asked Angie for a layered haircut. I provided several reference photos. At the end she showed me the cut and said she opted not to do shelved layers but gave me pocket layers instead for my hair texture. It was nothing at all like the photos and not what I asked for. She changed course without consulting or asking me. I went to the bathroom and saw there was a chunk of missing hair next to my face visible even with my hair curled. She attempted to make corrections and then she tried convincing me it looked off because my hair was curled and then switched to saying it was because my hair is thinner on my temple on that side of my head. 15 minutes prior, she told me I have soooo much hair. What? She opted not to charge me for the service. It was nice of her to take the initiative on that. She asked me to contact her the next day if I found anything wrong. I had no choice but to go home and deal with it. I straightened my hair and found that yes, there's a hole of missing hair directly next to my face. I called and asked to speak to the owner, Victoria. Victoria proceeded to defend Angie and touted all her experience in cutting hair. She essentially said "what do you want me to do about it" in more polite wording. I was venting to her about my experience and her response was that most people call and have an idea of how they want her (Victoria) to fix it which felt dismissive. I told her I'm not a stylist so I don't know and it's not like she can put the hair back on my head. I called because I wanted her to give me options. To put it lightly, I don't appreciate the way Victoria handled it. I have every right to be upset. I don't care about other people's experience with Angie, I care about mine. I'll live, it's not the end of the world, but Victoria could learn a lot from Angie on how to empathize and speak to people when they are unhappy. I understand that every stylist is an independent contractor but they are a direct representation of you and your business. You can't vigorously defend Angie as one of YOUR stylists and then distance yourself from the situation by saying you're not her boss and that the only option you can offer is letting the same stylist who botched my haircut go back and fix it. If Angie isn't your employee, why are you defending her up and down for botching my hair? If you can't do anything to make it right (you can't "fix" a missing chunk of hair), you can at least display empathy and take some accountability instead of hitting me with the "sorry you feel that way" and trying to gaslight me and act like you don't see a difference between the right and left sides of my hair in photos.

When booking with Euphoria, they take your credit card number in case you decide to no-show and waste their time. My stylist was almost 50 minutes late after initially I was told that she's "finding parking" and I still got charged basically full price. For my trouble I was given a shampoo sample and $5 off, bringing my total for a quick haircut to $86. Clearly they care about their time but not yours. I'm a mom of toddlers and was really looking forward to this rare treat for myself, but because I was also paying for a babysitter there was no time for a hair wash or blow dry. Maybe they have so many clients they don't care whether I come back, but at the very least they shouldn't take down your credit card information to book in case you disrespect THEM without 24 hrs notice.

The team at this establishment is incredibly friendly and greets you with a smile. My review centers around the waxing service provided by Ari Cryder. Ari not only demonstrated professionalism but also proved to be informative, lively, and highly skilled. Despite the potential discomfort associated with waxing, Ari made the experience incredibly enjoyable. I now realize how unnecessary my initial nerves were for my Brazilian wax. I wholeheartedly recommend Ari and will be referring her to both my friends and professional female colleagues. I'm eagerly anticipating my next booking with her!

Bethany was my stylist and she clearly got the memo with what she did with my hair! I asked to be transformed into a golden goddess and man did she deliver! She created a custom color palette for my balayage and polished me off with a gorgeous trim and gave new life to my shag! I have never felt so good about my hair, I was worried that I may feel like it looked obvious that I had someone color it but she made it look so natural and effortless. She is such a delightful and sweet woman and I will definitely be back regularly to maintain this mane!

Great atmosphere! Bethany is fantastic. She is talented and so kind and always does exceptional work and hits exactly what I was looking for. She's friendly and creative too, great with love bold colors! Highly recommend booking her. The location is easy to get to and beautiful inside .

If you’re looking for a welcoming, kind, outstanding salon experience, Euphoria is for you!!!! It took me forever to find a stylist I loved in Monterey, and Bo blows it out of the water every single time. She took my hair from blonde to the most beautiful red and people are seriously shocked it’s not my natural color!! I’ve never gotten more compliments in my life! Not only is her work fantastic, but time flies anytime I sit in her chair as she makes the experience so effortless. If you’re trying to decide on a new salon, look no further (and go to Bo!!) :-)
