Liz is absolutely the best! Rob is also a very good manager. Storage facilities are clean and well run. Very impressed and I have toured many many facilities in the area. Conveniently located, my only disappointment is the business model that forces people out by high increases for the long term loyal clientele.

The district team lead Rob was working the desk once and he was rather friendly and accommodating. I was transferring units for I purchased too small of one and he nicely transferred everything over without making me pay for two. He found one slightly larger and I only had to pay the difference in size. Reasonable price considering the Monterey area too. Comfortable experience especially since moving things in storage can be stressful.

Easy "digital gate access", knowledgeable staff, great communication and good value. I'd thought a 3rd floor unit would be a pain but it really wasn't as "carts" were always available and Extra Space's physical location was so convenient for us. Hopefully won't need to pay for storage again but if we do will absolutely seek out Extra Space!

We left my son cars and after 2 months and car was open and everything inside messes up ,so I pay to care about my car and looks like these people do nothing to do anything about it I spoke to the manager and she’s was so rude and she doesn’t care I will follow up claim with some one on top of her cause this issue is not right I hope you choose another place to leave you stuff secure not here

They are so kind and helpful! They have provided exceptional service all hours of their operations. The facility is clean and easy to access. Wide hallways for moving supplies, massive elevator and push carts always available for our use.

I just recently signed up for a new unit. It is easy to do online, and when I had questions, a friendly associate was available to help and assist my needs immediately. I am happy with my unit and glad there are staff that care about their customers and give the bet service they can. I especially appreciate Liz and her expert knowledge in units and the industry in general. I can tell she cares about her job and is confident in selling units with pride and charisma.
