FedEx is terribly organized. This is the third location that could not or would not print out their own labels. I could not choose how so returned this product. Otherwise I would have just used the post office or UPS. It is frustrating and ridiculous that any location that DOES NOT accept anything but “QR codes” does not state that really really clearly. Thanks FedEX for wasting my morning. It says in the description “printing”, which is not available.

Staff literally said she had to clock out. And left me. Before that she was just hanging around. Can’t really expect much from a shop that says it offers Express service.

I stayed home and have been here all day waiting for the package to get delivered. I got an email from the shipper saying my package was delivered and of course I'm scratching my head because no one rang the door bell. turns out they driver couldnnt be bothered doing their job. I moved my schedule around to be home all day just for a driver decide that they didnt want to! Terrible service!

The customer service is seriously lacking. After being on the phone for an hour with customer service on two separate occasions, I went to pick up the package (out of my way), and it wasn’t there. I was “guaranteed” it would be there. The CSR at the Monterey branch acted like she didn’t even care. I wish I could choose who ships my packages.

FedEx said they tried to deliver two days in a row. 100% false. I was home both days and they never came. Just like previous reviews. Seems as if they don't want to drive out to my residence just to deliver one package. I guess they are too busy and just lie about attempting to deliver. Ridiculous. I would never ship anything with FedEx. Only UPS.

Management does not possess the capacity to serve its customers with an appropriate service. FedEx has really let me down.

Managers are horrible and harass their drivers on a daily basis. I could see why drivers keep quitting. I am going to take my complaint to the main headquarters and let them know how things are being run at this location.

Employees are great, attentive and available. They have all the shipping supplies stocked.

I went to go ship part of my bouquet after my wedding. The worker went above and beyond. She got everything I need to keep the stems wet and helped me repack the box. All the staff were friendly when we first went inside.

I was at home with the lights on to the rooms facing the street and all of the front porch lights on when I received an email that they tried to deliver while I was home and waiting for the package. There was NO ring at my door and NO attempted delivery notice on my door. This is a lie! Nobody ever came to my door or up the driveway. As soon as I received the email about the false delivery attempt, I called FedEx and they would not send the driver to return. I would go pick up the package myself but wait - the package is for my car part so I can't drive there to get it and I have a mobile mechanic scheduled for 10 AM this morning. I will provide an update if they get they deliver package here early enough but until then, I cannot give them a higher rating. I have had problems with there driver before and I am extremely dissatisfied.

The FedEx driver never bothered to come up the driveway much less to my front door but I received an email that stated "We made a delivery attempt: 11/15/2022 05:38 PM. Delivery will be attempted again on the next business day." but I WAS HOME with all the lights on facing the street and all the lights on at the front porch waiting for the delivery! They never rang the door bell or left a note (which is expected) - they just failed to stop and lied about it. I am waiting for this package to get my vehicle repaired by a mobile mechanic. I called last night as soon as I got the email and Customer Support was "really sorry" but totally unhelpful because now the package is once again out for delivery with no timeframe other than before end of business day. I would just drive and get the package but wait - I have no working vehicle so I can't. This means my mobile mechanic cannot schedule a time and I will probably have to rent a car to attentd my medical appointments. I spoke with a FedEx Rep. last night but they said they cannot send the driver back and I would just have to wait again until tomorrow. So I called this morning to try to get a morning delivery but the FedEx phone tree only cuts you off and will not let you talk to a real person - so that sucks! I cannot be more frustrated and angry at FedEx's poor service and would NEVER use them by choice!
