As others have said, this place is crazy. I bought some art in Monterey and needed to ship them to the east coast instead of taking them on the plane.
The owners seem like they are running a scam. They couldn't tell me the price to wrap and ship. They said to leave the items there (valued around $1500), I might get a call in a couple of days. They would then call me to tell me the price. What if I don't like the price? I would already be back home. Where are they storing my art while I wait for this call? I talked to some locals about this place and they told me this location is about 2-3 times the shipping rate of anywhere else.

The Indian lady, whatever her name is, closed five minutes early and wouldn't let me in. Close when you say you're going to close.

An entirely useless location, they could not help with basic international mailing. They had me call customer service for help, I was literally talking to a chat bot inside a store on my phone with two humans unable to help. FedEx needs to upskill their employees

I saw a tall man stroll in here with a large, badly behaved black husky type dog. It was not a service animal and the staff did nothing. They didn't ask questions and I had to leave because I have anaphylaxis to dog dander, saliva etc. Now I am unable to go back to FedEx because I have seen that staff doesn't address this issue. Dogs don't belong in stores. My company places large orders with fedex, not anymore until this is resolved.

Worst service and rude employees that interrupt you and refuse to help you. I even tried calling corporate to complain about this particular employees attitude and apparently they don't accept complaints. FedEx needs to review who they have employed there because they are incredibly rude

Refused to give me my package because it had a friend's address on it which doesn't match my ID's address (but the name matches on my government issued ID card and I have all the information regarding the package). Then they claimed it was company policy but couldn't show me an actual policy. Claimed it was for security purposes, but what are they protecting--my package from me? I see this as FEDEX stealing the extra money I paid for expedited shipping. After I called FEDEX about it they acted like I was being wronged but then never called me back like they said they would.

Worst service ever. No one knew the meaning of customer service. Educate your employees that prepaid ticket is possible without having an account! RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

I paid to use their workstation scam. I simply needed to print, sign, and then re-scan a document. I should have been able to accomplish that in 90 seconds. Instead, after paying almost a dollar a page to print legal sized paper, I attempted to begin scanning and the scanner didn’t work. It wouldn’t even power on. Waste of time and money. It’s no wonder you never, ever see people using these workstations. Laughably bad service.

We needed a quick last minute print job (a poster and a couple of cards). Rajeev was delightful, smiley and willing to help. He showed us a preview and printed it on the spot! he even helped us cutting the cards from the letter page! Merry Christmas Rajeev :)

Called to get a quote to specific measurement for a package to return a product. The woman on the phone went to check her boxes and gave me a quote. I thanked her and she said "no problem, see you In a few minutes". I went in store to carry out the packaging and return. In store, the Assistant Manager Kramisha, told me they didn't have the packaging available. I asked if she was certain because the woman I spoke with in the phone said you did. Kramisha refused to check for the box and told me she's already packing so many things and won't check for it. It would seem that customer service isn't important at this location. What a waste of my gas and time!
