I made an appointment with their stylist, Matthew was AMAZING! I completely lack style, my children hate to shop and are hard to dress. But Matthew hooked us up. He did all the selecting, they tried things on, and left with about 6 tops and 6 bottoms for two children for under $350. Big recommend! Will be back! Matthew is AMAZING! Personal shopper is the way to go for people who don't like to shop. Super happy I tried the shopper experience and super happy it is available!

I am not yelping the employees at the store but I AM giving the online LACK of customer service. I have spent an hour on the phone with the customer DISSERVICE just to be messed with by these so called customer service people who reside in the Philippines. They absolutely play games on the phone, lie, give you the run around (purposely). So if you are like me and stay loyal to a business that cares about their customer then DONT SHOP HERE!

Macy's at Del Monte Center has gone down hill since it's glory days about 15 years ago when they had nice merchandise and helpful staff. The merchandise now is cheap, ugly, and of poor quality! And the staff is useful and deceptive. My husband made the mistake of buying me some horrendous looking, man-made, sandals for Christmas and when he tried to return them today, they said, "Sorry, you should've read the fine print." In the past, sales associates would let the customer know if items were non-returnable. Not anymore, I guess they are just desperate for any dollars they could bring in to try and save their failing business model.

Very low staffing levels. Available staff works very slowly! After purchasing, no bags are available! Are you kidding? It's Christmas and most people are buying multiple items and leaving with them in their arms! Get it together Macys!!!

This use to be a beautiful and well serviced Macy's..not anymore. You can't find anyone to help you, merchandise all over the floor. Who ever the store manager is, he/she should be fired. What a miserable merchandising experience. What a shame.

Great selection of colognes, really good prices compared to other places. Came in looking to buy some clothes and ended up leaving with a bottle of Sauvage Elixir by Dior.It most definitely has longevity, one bottle once lasted me two years. I wasn't planning on buying any colognes upon entering this store, however once the rich spicy smell of luxury-fragrances beckoned the room i couldn't resist. Decided to treat myself despite having various colognes at home (you can never have too many) I like to smell good. I definitely saved money here compared to other places I have visited. Staff was friendly and rang me up right away. Thank you for the hospitality.

Súper help by Andrea Jackson. She really knew her merchandise and was able to find exactly what I needed. Her supervisor is Julissa Ochoa at the Macys Store in Del Monte Center in Monterey, CA. I’ll use Andrea again next time and highly recommend her. You’ll receive quality and friendly help!

I'll let you know first off, this is the third time Giuseppe has ignored me in store, preferring to pack envelopes or pretend to be on hold and ignore the building line of customers. Anyhow, I knew today would be great when his colleague prompted him to actually do his job and he begrudgingly shuffled over. Sadly helping people isn't his strength. Keep him on the phone. He apparently doesn't work mornings, as he emphatically repeated until redundant, while accusing me of being a shifty conman instead of helping me resolve an issue with their faulty broken 14k gold product. Anyhow, if you'd like to be accused of being a thief, interrupted and spoken over, you'll be lucky to even get his attention in the first place.

Huge Shout it to Andrea in the Women's Dept 2nd floor who helped me yesterday. It was a packed weekend in Monterey and I was in Macys and it was so low staffed coming out of Covid and she bent over backwards to help me. I really appreciate her attention to detail and very positive attitude. She made me remember that Macys used to be about this level of customer service years ago before so much changed and it was a awesome reminder of why I love a Macys and always will. Thank you Andrea! See you again someday.
