Amazing gym and community! I’m new to CrossFit and so grateful a friend encouraged me to start here. The community is welcoming and inspiring, the space is clean and well-equipped, the workouts are fun and challenging, and Frank is a fantastic coach. Highly recommend!

Dropped in while traveling and enjoyed it. Friendly vibe with both coaches and members. Coaching was attentive in a way that unfortunately seems less common in crossfit across the board in recent years. It was good to be back in a more old school environment focused on quality and growth. Would go back for sure!
