Intergalactic Imports is a store with a great variety of collectables, including comics, toys, action figures, and novelties. It offers a huge selection of comics, Star Wars items, cartoon and anime characters, super heroes, anime books, and cards. The place is pretty neat with a lot to choose from and cool merchandise on display, featuring all kinds of figures. They are good about having a complete range of figures in each line. It has a lot of new issues and lots of variety with typical cover pricing. The owner is described as a treasure trove of esoteric, unique, and peculiar knowledge. However, some find the owner not helpful at all, talking very low and quiet, and not giving straight answers. The store itself is pretty cool and a great way to kill time, reminding some of classic comic book stores. A common criticism is that everything is over priced, with items often marked up compared to online or other retail stores, though some collector prices are understood for rare items. The store is also noted as not being very organized in the comic book area.
Great staff, selection, and prices! Very attentive but not too much so, and had great sales going on. Comics, manga, figurines, and collectables. One stop shop! Definitely a favorite shop in the area.
