Toxic work environment, HR doesnt follow through and will gaslight employees, FT employees are forced to work 40 hours or risk being fired (even if you choose non-pay), majority of the clients that are housed are white and are affiliated with the board members and county employees.Sad part is, Interim is Monterey Countys fav agency and they get all the money compared to other local non-profits.

This is a fine place to be a client and employee ! Everyone is so helpful interim saved my life ! I was a sad man when interim picked me up i had run out of hope . They welcomed me with open arms and set me on the right path .! Thank you Interim Inc .I've been with them for 4 years now and every day is an adventure not a struggle .
